Encore Builders is currently finishing up an outstanding project for us that includes low-voltage lighting, pavers, turf installation, and a beautiful patio cover, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the very beginning, Brandon and Oz were one hundred percent involved in every part of the process. They came out to give us a quote that proved to be extremely affordable (the best priced out of 5 local companies we brought out). They are in constant communication with us regarding every step of the process. Their team always arrives on time and cleans up the area when leaving. Everyone on their team is truly lovely. They also provided a 3D work up before the project so we would know what to expect. This for me was extremely helpful as I am a visual person and like to see things drawn up before moving forward with such a project. Overall, I had to write this review even before the completion of all these projects because I am blown away by such a company.

Fabulous work done by Encore Builders As someone who works in the interior design world- I have a discerning eye for quality and value. I am very impressed with the beautifully driveway Encore Builders created for me. Oz and Brandon were recommended by some friends. To be on the safe side i gathered many quotes from local companies and Encore Builders was still by far cheaper. Their price was half the price of some of the companies who quoted me and it was obvious those guys were not experienced nor professional. Encore Builders gave me a quote on the spot, an expected time frame, and later followed up with a clear and detailed estimate. They were able to finish the work in under a month and the outcome is stunning. Their work does not compare to other companies I’ve seen and I’m sure this will be the first of many projects.

This is the second time I?ve worked with Brandon and Encore Builders. They replastered my pool last year and did an excellent job. Some patches of grass in my front yard were dying and just becoming too high maintenance for me. I wanted a solution that would look good and save on watering. Luckily I remembered Encore Builders specializes in artificial turf so I gave them a call and called them out to give me an estimate. I got 8 different estimates (excessive I know) but I wanted to do my due diligence. After I gathered my estimates it was clear I was going to be happiest with Encore Builders. Brandon and the crew are the best. They were in and out and had the project done I one day. Easy five stars

I recently hired Encore Builders for a complete overhaul of my swimming pool, including new plaster and coping, and Iâ m absolutely thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the entire project was handled with professionalism, expertise, and a true commitment to quality. The main goal of this project was to refresh the aging plaster in our pool. The pool was starting to look icky and I had seen some other revival projects done by Encore Builders. The crew came over and worked their magic. The plaster was applied beautifully and smoothly. After having Encore Builders transform the pool area at my previous home, I knew they were the perfect choice for my current property. This time, the project included creating a paved walkway and enhancing the front yard with low-maintenance landscaping. One of the standout features of this project was the paved walkway they installed along the side of my home. This area had previously been a messy combination of dirt and gravel, making it inconvenient to move between the front yard and backyard, especially from the sliding door by our master bedroom. Brandon and Oz designed a smooth, attractive walkway that not only makes access between the two spaces seamless but also adds a polished look to the side of the house. Now, I can easily step out of the sliding door from our bedroom and have a direct, clean path to both the front and back yards. The convenience has been a game-changer, and the design perfectly integrates with the rest of the landscaping. In addition to the walkway, they did a fantastic job revamping the front yard with a variety of low-maintenance plants. Knowing the Santa Clarita climate can be dry, they helped me select drought-tolerant plants that require minimal watering and upkeep but still bring color and life to the space. WOW WOW WOW!! I am blown away by the end result! Encore Builders is nothing less than amazing. From start to finish this crew was ON IT. I have an extremely busy schedule and Iâ m surprised Brandon and Oz had the patience for me. I had to cancel them three times due to unforeseen work meetings and these guys still made sure to accommodate my schedule. I already knew I liked them. When Brandon came out to give me a quote- he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained everything step by step. We went over pricing, prep, turf options, installation, clean up you name it! He answered my endless questions did it with a smile. I was very pleased with the quote I received and decided to move forward. The guys were in and out and the project was a breeze. Encore was great. Oz and the team executed everything perfectly and professionally. They showed up on time and always kept the site clean organized. We barely felt them working. I had no walkway (just an uneven lawn) and Oz suggested a paved walkway from the sidewalk to our front door. The steps came out gorgeous and we chose the same design for an additional walkway leading to the backyard on the side of our home. We also added some low voltage lights as our street is not well lit. This project has enhanced the safety of my home. The paved walkways and lighting was much needed. Iâ  m no longer fearful of tripping or falling when I need to step out or go for a drive once the sun sets. Iâ  m glad I finally moved forward with this project; If I wouldâ  ve known how happy Iâ  d be with the results I would have done it much sooner!

You can tell they are organized and professional. They came out to give me a quote and I knew right away theyâ re legit. They immediately answered my questions and explained the whole process to me. I was looking to upgrade my backyard by putting in some artificial turf. They recommended a specific kind and we also ended up putting a fire pit. We also built a barbecue area as we love to host. It doesnâ t even look like the same backyard anymore. Their staff and crew are all attentive and accommodating. They arrived on time and worked with my schedule. This is my second time working with Encore Builders and they killed it once again! These guys are the best. Iâ ve been doing lots of renovations in my house over the past year. Some of the projects have taken months of planning and work but Encore Builders is always in and out. My home is on a hillside and the backyard area needed some work. Oz and Brandon put together a 3D image and we chose out the style I wanted. I was amazed. Some simple stepping stones really elevated the space. Project took two days and we didnt even notice they were here. The crews were quick but didnâ t compromise the quality of the work. You can tell they are a hardworking company. That's because heâ s the actual contractor to do the job and not the middleman writing up estimates for others. On the day of our first meeting he wrote up a detailed quote estimate and the final price was the price we agreed on. No hidden costs or fees. I loved Brandonâ s  straight-forwardness, knowledge and integrity. You can tell he knows his stuff and he doesnâ t cut corners unlike other companies I have come across. Installation was completed within the promised timelines and material was made in US as promised. All workers knew their craft and worked fast and hard. Always on time and respectful of the space. Oz and his team were outstanding. He came out the next day to give us a quote (he was finishing up another project in the area). His quote was the lowest and most professional among 3 other companies. He was also the only company that said the work could be completed in one day, other companies said 2-3 and didnâ t even have job start dates for when I needed. On the day of installation, his crew arrived bright and early. They completed the job by 3pm and everything looks spectacular. My girl is very happy and weâ re overall very happy with Encore Builders and the guys.

REVIEW: I had to write a positive review for these guys!!!! 5 stars for Encore Builders!!!! They did a truly beautiful job on our front yard! I found Encore Builders on Google and reached out after seeing their glowing reviews. I already liked them over the phone but like any other homeowner I got quotes from a few other companies. Encore Builders pointed out things that other companies didnâ t and were honest about what the project entailed. I set up a second appointment with them just reassure myself of my decision of moving forward. We looked at samples and I love the end result! I wanted grass that looked realistic and I am shocked at how good it looks. The shade is vibrant and luscious. Im a perfectionist when it comes to clean borders and straight lines but Brandon and Oz handled my OCD perfectly. I am very happy with the work done by Encore Builders.

I had a party planned and wanted to get this project done beforehand. I was getting quotes left and right and none of them were able to accommodate my timeframe. Encore Builders sent me some photos of other jobs they had completed and I could tell their work was phenomenal. I scheduled a consultation over the phone and Oz came the next day. He quoted me on the spot and explained the cost breakdown to me. Everything was very fair and transparent. I notified them of my time crunch and rest assured - they finished it in one day. They brought over 17 guys and got the work DONE. I was truly impressed. Their team is dedicated and hard working. I was happy they suggested bringing over a bigger crew rather than just attempting to rush the project. We absolutely love our new and improved front yard decor! We moved into our home and knew from the beginning that the gravel was going to need to be redone. We had a vision on renovating it to give a more nature-y Joshua tree vibe (one of our favorite places). After interviewing quite a few contractors, we met Brandon from Encore and we knew we had our match. Brandon, Oz, and the entire team were amazing from the start. Every job will have an issue or snag or miscommunication and every single time something came up, Encore Builders were there to correct, adjust, adapt, and make sure that everyone was happy. We were never ignored like I have read happens to people sometimes with home improvement companies or landscaping companies. The lovely job itself included a riverbed addition and decorative gravels. Brandon and Oz went over all the options for different rocks and I found what I thought worked best with the color scheme of the home. Highly recommend this company!! Encore Builders for the win! They have the best pricing ever!!! I was UNDER BUDGET - I am thrilled with the quality of the work for the price that I paid. They donâ t overcharge you like other companies. They showed up on time for both the estimate and the project itself - the whole team is extremely punctual. 17 workers showed up and you can tell they are all hard working. They always waved hello and showed up with a smile on their face. They cleaned up after themselves and Brandon and Oz made sure to take sure everything was PERFECT. I even referred two of my neighbors because I am so happy. They did artificial grass in both my front and backyard and the results look awesome, The grass looks so lush and vibrant. Only good things to say about Encore Builders!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE the work Encore builders did for our home! My backyard has a hillside that was a total eyesore. The constant rains caused a muddy mess and I decided it was about time for a change. My coworker recommended Oz over at Encore Builders. She was super happy with the company as they did some artificial turf for their home. I called them up and Brandon and Oz came a few days later to quote me. They arrived on time (they gave me an arrival window) and I could instantly see why they had been recommended. They are knowledgeable and I never felt they were pushy. They suggested I do something called a terraced garden where they would add drip irrigation. Now I know Im a homeowner but this was all foreign language to me. They took their time to explain everything and show me photos of similar projects theyâ ve done. The drip irrigation system would slowly water the plants from the soil itself and is apparently much more efficient than sprinklers (as long as it didnâ t require me to water them I was in). They would create the terraced effect by adding cement bricks (you can see in the photos). They said the job would take 1 - 2 days and they quoted me on the spot. I used Yelp and found another local company just to do my due diligence( I wonâ t name names) but they quoted me FOUR TIMES THE PRICE - not two not three but four. Totally ridiculous, they also sent out a super young kid who didnâ t even know what he was talking about and never offered the high tech options Oz and Brandon suggested. It was a done deal. I called Brandon and OZ and within a week the job was done. We even ended up adding some low voltage lights because I was so happy with how everything was coming together I wanted it to be well lit. Im really really happy and now that the weather is nice I can sit outside and look at the pretty plants instead of staring at a brown hillside - thanks guys!!!!
