Castle Remodeling

OMG. He encouraged me not to have him pull permits. He ignored our contract and installed different tiles on backsplash and never sealed them. I paid $28K for a small kitchen. Had a contract. Yuval ignored the contract. I paid for granite counters and he installed them in pieces, he even charged me $3K to install a full piece so I had a countertop which didn't have a cut. And installed the crown molding in pieces. OMG. He put in two 2" pieces to fill in where he didn't measure properly. Kitchen floor chipped immediately. He didn't seal any tiles. Had me order appliances from some cheap company back east. The interior of the dishwasher quickly rusted. It's only been five years and my kitchen needs remodeling! He built a refrigerator cabinet which actually was too small for any refrigerator. I told him, please make my new frig fit, he wanted to charge me $60! Is $28,000 not enough! Do NOT trust this man. Liar, and crook. Oh, I can upload several pictures. I will.

We purchased our first home, a bank-owned fixer-upper earlier this year and we were in desperate need to gut our kitchen, demo and restore two bathrooms as well as address some immediate safety concerns initially found in our inspection report. We hired Yuval and his team after we had personally saw that they had beautifully remodeled two kitchens (one which was my own mother's) and we did all the background checks and saw that he was fully licensed and bonded and that they had an A rating with the BBB. After we started renovations we had uncovered quite a few big fixes that had to immediately be addressed like our electrical not properly working in most rooms, our poorly installed a/c was non-functional, plumbing issues in our master bathroom, our attic insulation was non-existent and our ceiling beams in the garage were not built to code. We were disheartened as we knew these extra fixes were not generally cheap and had to be done. Needless to say, Yuval came through in a huge way. Not only did he and his crew fix everything in our laundry list, but we were so relieved that he worked with what we could afford and the crew never cut corners to cheaply restore anything. Everything was fixed properly and with pride. Despite the extra work, they still managed to do our whole renovation on time (we scheduled 5 weeks) and within our set budget. From start to finish their professionalism, efficiency and tidiness made our complete renovation easy and relaxed. Our ugly fixer is now our beautiful home and we have Castle Remodeling to thank for that. We will use them again and again for future projects.
