+ -1 moreOur condo building was in need of extensive repairs due to construction defect. After obtaining several bids from plumbing contractors, Birchfield Plumbing Co. was chosen to do the repair and/or replacement of all defective major plumbing throughout the building, bringing everything up to code and making sure that our building's plumbing system was exactly as it should be. Les Birchfield went out of his way basically 24/7 ensuring that our plumbing problems were over! He is an honest, caring and reliable professional. He also provided us with an outstanding 5-year warranty, when no other plumber would do that. We could not have found a better plumber!!
Description of Work: Brought the plumbing system of our entire condo building up to code. Worked closely with City Building Officials for the least expensive approach as far as permits (some were waived). Repaired every defective pipe joint in the garage. Waterproofed the leaking planters surrounding our building and replaced defective plumbing inside them; managing to save ALL bushes and plants in the process. Relocated several exterior drains so that water now runs away from the units. Installed earthquake shutoff valves. Replaced entire irrigation system. Worked in concert with the roofer for plumbing lines that run through the roof. Worked in concert with the HVAC contractor for all associated plumbing work. Made sure that EVERYTHING was done right!
