+ -1 moreWell - he is sometimes hard to get a hold of on routine repairs, but does a good job. Find him in his shop after 12 noon - he is a great source of advice and knowledge on pool equipment.
Description of Work: Jim installed a new pool heater for me. He did a fine job but got a bit out of his depth when there was a problem with the gas pressure - but the heater was very well done.

+ -1 moreMY HUSBAND SPOKE WITH SOMEONE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME OUT AN ACCESS THE PROBLEM. IT TOOK SEVERAL CALLS BEFORE WE GOT AN APPOINTMENT THEN THE GUY CANCELED THE APPOINTMENT, AND RESCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT DAY.
Description of Work: WE HAD JUST MOVED INTO OUR NEW HOUSE WHICH HAS A POOL. IT NEEDED SOME WORK ON THE PLUMBING SYSTEM.

+ -1 moreI WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE; THEY COULD HAVE BEEN MORE PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR TIMELINESS. OVERALL I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
Description of Work: REPLACED SWIMMING POOL PUMPS, HEATER, POOL SWEEP. REPLACED WIRING AND PLUMBING AND ADDED NEW VALVES.
