Elimitech Pest Elimination

I'd been hearing scratches and running of little feet coming from the attic area of our 2 story home for quite a while, especially at night. I finally called in the exterminator, Francisco Islas (owner of Elimitech), to assess the situation. I called him on a Wednesday afternoon and he came in the following day. He did a survey of the house to see where potentially the little rodents might be coming from. He found the culprit - which was a vent that was sticking out of the house where there were noticeable rat droppings and shedded fur and made his recommendations. I really appreciated his knowledge as to what to do once the pests were eliminated. He then went into the attic area. He respected my request to be careful of the upstairs carpet and so he put on booties for his shoes. He put on his mask and headed to the attic and laid the traps and poison. Within seconds of setting up the traps, he called me up to the attic where we discovered that the duct work in the attic was not properly connected! No wonder we weren't getting the right amount of cold air and heating from our air conditioning and heater! When others might have just ignored that area and just performed their assigned task, he took the time to let me know that something was wrong with duct work (potentially saving me $$$). Francisco is extremely personable and you can tell he takes pride in his work. His prices are reasonable and he even provided a discount for his services. He is respectful, honest and very professional. There should be more people like him! He will return to the house in 10 days to collect any rat bodies. :) Earl G., Registered Nurse
