Called because I had a bad clog with my kitchen and bathroom drain. Armen set up an appointment with me for later that day. Unfortunately he ran behind which I can understand. We set up an appointment the next morning. Armen showed up on time with his partner and was clean and very professional. They were wearing masks which we appreciate! He was able to clear the clog and the drains are working great! They also cleaned up after themselves. I had a small leak from my kitchen p trap and Armen was able to fix that as well. I will be calling Armen for all my plumbing needs. Call him you won t be disappointed

I had a pipe break for the guest house. And the response was within 24 hours. They came out give me an estimate and fix the problem within an hour. Service was clean and impeccable. I Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

All was great just need to work on giving receipts and estimates day of the service or given the estimating for the work to be done or needed.

Had a broken main water line to the house Monday afternoon. Was back up and running Tuesday afternoon with a new line; all done.

Dr. Rooter did an excellent job; the crew was experienced and knowledgeable at what they do and easy to work with. Everything was picked up, cleaned and taken once they were done with the job. I highly recommend them.

If you want to get a correct estimate and not pay for some imaginary problem then you have to call this company! They are not going to charge you extra for using the camera and they will do the job right for the first time. Be smart and call them first for the estimate.
