+ -1 moreA once wonderful company turned bad. We hired them for ant control with a 30 day warranty. Ants returned within 2 1/2 weeks. We called for 3 weeks with no return calls to our messages. They then claimed we were out of warranty. Service tech that arrived for termite inspection was rude and condescending when we complained about prior treatment. We no longer use them.

+ -1 moreThey are really good. They were careful about everything and they spent a lot of time explaining what they found and what they didn’t find. I felt really good about them.
Description of Work: I use Dial Us Termite and Pest Control. Besides pest control, they have also done some wood replacement on the outside of the house. They were here within the last year. We have a contract where they come out periodically and check to make sure we don’t have any pests. They might come out twice a year. The first time they came they checked really carefully for termites. They checked outside the house, up in the attic, and they checked the wood. We had some wood that was rotted out and we didn’t know if it was rotted out because of termites.
