Fantastic! They were on time for service and finished my rug earlier than anticipated. They waited to make sure it was done correctly. They helped put all our furniture back in place. Alec had a great knowledge about our rug and how to make sure the cleaning would not damage the rug. He did a fantastic job on the repairs as well. They were very polite and professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

This is the second time I have used this company and will use them in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. If that doesn't give you an idea of how it went nothing will!

A guy named Dan came in. A guy said that he was going to clean the carpet with steam. He said it would take two hours for it to dry. After one attempt by this company to dry it out, two days after it was supposed to be dry, it still has not dried out an entire week after the initital job. When their employee came out two days after the initial appointment, he used some equipment that did not do anything. He even had the gaul to say that I should purchase box fans to dry out the carpet. They were asking me to spend money to correct an issue that is their fault! It has been a week now, and I still have a wet carpet, which is growing mold and smells terrible, and the health department would not let me rent out this space. Plus, we cannot secure the condo, we have to keep the windows open 24 hours so we can keep air out the room. I already paid the contract, and I have had to cancel three other contractors to come into the house because of the wet carpet. The part that makes me the most angry is the fact that they have promised to resolve the issue, and I still get no response.
