De Vine Construction

Description of Work: I relocated to Lake Shastina, into a thirty year old house, last December. There were and are a variety of repairs, upgrades, and changes, to which I needed a competent and reliable contractor to accomplish. The preference to stay local can be challenging, when you care for quality work at reasonable prices. I was very fortunate to find that close neighbors filled my criteria.Their company is DeVine Construction and they have over 45 years combined experience in construction. As they have done new construction, renovation, and repairs, they are experienced with all facets of building. In my house, DeVine has already drawn up plans and replaced the deck railing to code. They have cut out part of an existing wall, dry-walled (matching the existing texture), and built and stained a banister (which perfectly matches the original correlating one). They are currently removing old windows and installing upgraded ones. DeVine will be replacing my old carpet and installing flooring next. I am also aware that they responded to another local's emergency flooding problem, quickly shutting down the water source, then repairing the piping and drywall. I can honestly say that they take care and have pride in their work, have reasonable prices, thoroughly explain processes, and give alternative suggestions to best suit your needs and desires. And something, which is very important to me, they are easy and trustworthy to have in your home. In my opinion, it doesn't get better than what DeVine Construction represents and accomplishes.
