From the beginning Ryan was straight forward, honest, had a clear timeline and met all my expectations. As a contractor I'm always nervous when I hire someone else to do work for me. There is always the chance that their workmanship will be poor, they will excessively markup material, fall behind on schedule, disappear after receiving majority of payment and leave the project unfinished. All I have to say about Lovejoy construction is this, his workmanship was exceptional, his prices are fair, he completed our project on time, and had a fair and clear payment schedule. When I have another project I will be calling Lovejoy construction for work.

Ryan is easy to work with, he carefully listens to detail and does what is agreed upon, making sure everything is done right.

We hired Ryan to do, what we believed to be a nearly impossible job-replace a deteriorating forty year old deck around our swimming pool. The pool is oval shaped and the deck was fan shape completely around it. That meant at least half of the redwood boards would need to be cut into triangular shapes to fit on the existing redwood supports. He and his helpers completed the work in five days. nothing short of an impossibility especially considering some of those days the temperature was in the 80's. To summarize, this Company is: Reliable, Honest & Reasonable. They are tops on our list of list of "Hire Again"!!

Punctual, strong communication and 110% reliable. Ryan and his team are very knowledgeable and has a good relationship with the city. Problem solving A++; he's a contractor the company I work for will use time and time again. He has a good relationship with the city and subcontractors also.

A very nice experience that resulted in a very nice deck.

This was our first experience working with Ryan. We had specific date requirements we had to work around because of tenants, and Ryan was able to show up on time and ready to go. His prices were reasonable, work crew was friendly, and went above and beyond in fixing the problems (replacing bad wood under a concrete-covered porch). Everything about our experience was positive.

Ryan was very easy to work with and was very flexible with small modifications to the giant deck and arbor he built for us. He also build a beautiful bridge for us in our orchard.

Ryan framed a couple of walls to create a small bedroom in my La Selva Beach home. He was polite, professional, prompt, and flexible on this project. He worked with me on the design and answered all of my questions when he came over to bid on the project. He completed the work in one day, solving some interesting problems to make it all work. I will not hesitate to call Ryan again for future construction projects I will have with the house. He is honest, hard-working, smart, and very talented.

Ryan is prompt and does a great job. If there is an issue he tells you. He explains everything that is going to be done and answers questions. I am getting another estimate for more windows.
