Unreliable. He gave an offer and I prepared a draft contract. He asked for changes and clarifications. Changes to extend time frame from 60 to 90 days accepted and clarifications provided. Even include an extra 30 days as buffer. The only thing left was to sign a contract. Doesn't respond to messages or phone calls. Looks like a nice and knowledgeable person, but doesn't like to be held responsible for the work and timings.

Jose was friendly and professional. My job was not considered large by any means (re-hanging a gate) but he completed it in short order and cleaned up after himself. I really appreciated the fact he wanted to insure I was satisfied with the work because he needed to cut an inch off of the gate.....which I was. I would certainly call him again.
