Our whole house fan switch stopped working. I received a call within 2 minutes of making my request on Home Adviser. He just happened to be around the corner. He arrived at my home with in 5 minutes. Confirmed that we needed a new switch. He unfortunately didn't have the part he needed but made a quick trip to get it and had it repaired with in hour. He was friendly, informative and extremely professional. We would definitely recommend him and hire him again if need be.

Martin was very professional and knows what he's doing. He explained everything clearly about the whole house fan the first time he was here. He was on time and courteous. He informed me on what's going on along the process. Job well done! Our house has become so much cooler on those hot summer days, especially upstairs bedrooms. Now the kids can fall asleep easily and I haven't heard any complaints from them anymore. Also I've noticed that our A/C running time has dramatically shortened & sometimes.I don't even have to turn it on. The attic fan & whole house fan combination works great!

Martin was on time and did excellent work. Very helpful in deciding what fan was best for my old house.i do not have central air so my house is always very hot. Hot in the evening and cooler outside. With my new whole house fan it cools off in minutes. I love this fan.

Awesome product great service

I originally asked for a rough cost estimate last summer for a whole house fan. Martin was the only contractor that took the time to give me the information I requested instead of a barrage of sales calls. I contacted him a few months later for an official estimate and he was courteous, informative, and professional. When he came back to do the install, he spent the additional time to re-explain the house fan information to my husband (who had not been available for during the estimate visit). Martin is a true professional and craftsman who takes pride in his work. The install looks like this was put in when the house was built. As an added b
