HENRY'S CUSTOM PAINTING

The painting was fine. So was the installation of the door. But after a while the yard light didn't work. After looking into the problem, I found out that he used metal conduit (not code) and only buried it about 4-6 inches below ground. If that isn't bad enough, I found a bare splice at the base of the pedestal which shorted out against the metal conduit and burnt the wires about 6 inches on both sides. Thank goodness my grandchildren didn't get shocked! I called him out to inspect the problem showed him everything and he said he would call me to schedule the re-install. He never called me back, so I called him again. He said he was busy but would call me with the date. Never heard from him. I tried to call him again but he won't answer my phone calls. I intend to take him to court and get the money it costs me to have it done correctly. NEVER, EVER USE THIS GUY. HE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

DID THINGS AS SCHEDULED, ARRIVED ON TIME AND CLEANED UP AFTER EACH DAYS WORK. THEY WERE VERY PRECISE IN ALL OF THE WORK THEY DID AND FIXED SOME THINGS THAT WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE AGREEMENT WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGE.
