Description of Work: I had difficulty reaching Cruz - his wife would answer the phone and it kept cutting me off. At one point she said that her battery died. i finally spoke to cruz and he sounded pleasant on the phone, we set up a time to meet. He told me that he would call if he was running late or something. I waited for several hours and after an hour, I tried calling and the phone just rang and rang and I could not even leave a message. He never showed up and never called to apologize or reschedule or simply acknowledge that he left me waiting for hours on a saturday.

 + -1 moreWe have no idea if he would have been good, but the fact that he wouldn't return our call was all we needed.
Description of Work: We called him to set up an initial appointment. He returned the call while we were out so we called him back. He was not there but he never returned our call. We took that as a bad sign!

 + -1 moreI am very pleased with their service. My yard looks marvelous. I don t have to worry that they come out on time and they even come out when I am away on vacation. They do any additional trimming needed and I have never had a problem with them.
Description of Work: Cruz does the weekly care for my front, backyard, and patio. They do the mowing, trimming, pruning, and anything else needed. I have an average sized yard. I pay them monthly.

Description of Work: CRUZ IS A VERY RESPONSIBLE PERSON WITH LOTS OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT GARDEN AND LANDSCAPING. HE ALSO HAS AN EXCELLENT TEAM OF WORKERS, AND THEY HAVE BEEN REALLY PUNCTUAL!

 + 0 moreI WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY. I HAVE BEEN USING HIM FOR TEN YEARS. HE HAS A BIG CREW. HE ALSO DOES WORK FOR MANY HOLLYWOOD HOMES. HE DID THE LANDSCAPING FOR THE SET OF THE FRESH PRINCE OF BEL-AIR.
Description of Work: HE DOES REGULAR GARDENING, LAYS BRICK, AND DID ALL THE WORK FOR OUR DRIVEWAY.
