Description of Work: Sales Rep acted to be with the old company G.E. which we had at the time was taken over by xcel, told me they were "upgrading" the service. Didn't know for sure on his third time at the house trying to "upgrade" I finally allowed the upgrade. A month later we get bills from two separate alarm company's? wth! Had to cancel the old service and we are now under contract for three years with xcel, like it or not. Will not renew agreement and have complained to xcel about the mis-representation of their sale people, no reply as of 12.27.13
