SWAN POOLS

Excellent!

The gentleman from Swan pools showed up on the day and time of my appointment. He was very punctual. We talked in detail about what it was that I wanted and what kind of ballpark figure I was looking to spend. He took several pictures of my yard and then told me he would contact me in roughly a week to give me the price and plans of the pool. A week came and went and still no word from the man. I called and left a message and never recieved a call back. So I can not speak for the quality of their product but I can only say that they didnt have the greatest customer service.

They installed my pool several years ago. There is a crack in the wall between the pool and the spa. I can't get them to come out and look at it, much less repair it.

It took me a while to get the bid and the bid was a bit higher than other companies. They guy was nice when he came out but they really took a while. I had another company give me the bid on the spot and a third company gave me their bid within a few days.

They were very efficient. They had a good time. They stuck to the schedule. They were a little more expensive, but it was worth it.

THIS COMPANY'S OVERALL SERVICE WAS GOOD. PRICE WAS GOOD AS WELL. HOWEVER, THERE WAS WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE INVOLVED. THEY DID NOT RESPOND VERY QUICKLY TO OUR CALLS. THEY WERE PRETTY MUCH ON TIME, BUT NOT ALL THE TIME.
