+ -1 moreI really like John and his team. More than anything they do quality work and really care that the job that they do is right. Plenty of painters just paint over the dry rot but Spectacular identifies the dry rot on the house and replaces it so when you are done the house looks good and but also has been refurbished. They are not super "corporate" but I liked that...very easy going.

+ -1 moreExperience at first, was good but turned bad by lack of followup or by the promises of followup. We can't at this time recommend them.
Description of Work: The basic job was performed well. However when issues developed with painted areas, several calls over 4 months have been placed without followup. It seems their on top of the job when first getting paid but it becomes a major issue to fix problems. If one wants response and answered call block your caller id.

+ -1 moreThe house looks like it was just built. Fabulous job. The workers were professional, polite and attentive to our requests. They covered all areas that were not going to be painted and worked relentlessly to get the job done.
Description of Work: My residence was power washed and all exterior wood was sanded and primed. All cracks were filled and the house was painted.
