Josh did a great job, did I mention he travels to the job site (over 60 miles) Yes I would definitely use him again. He is reliable, trustworthy, punctual and a good clean young man.

It went great! Josh Matus was referred to me by my realtor, who also uses him for many of her projects, which says a lot. His response time was great and he was on time each and every day. He has a great personality and is so easy to work with. I think he is very fair minded....and gives great service for what he charges. I think his prices are very reasonable! And he can do just about anything! So don't hesitate to ask him! Absolutely great to work with!! I plan to use him for many other upcoming projects! I would refer him to everyone! He went above and beyond several times! I cannot say enough about him!! Great job Josh! You are a pleasure to work with!

My realtor and I would ask Josh if he could take care of things and it's done. Never have to follow up or hound him in making sure that things are done. If he says he will do, he did it. He's a true turn key contractor and wouldn't hesitate to use him or refer him to friends and family. Josh is one of those people you want on your speed dial if you a home or have real estate investments or if you are a broker. He won't let your clients down.

Josh went above and beyond the call for us as we got the home prepared for sale. Josh quoted several items for the job - but performed many additional tasks "on the fly" that we needed done in preparation for market. Can not say enough how cooperative & responsive he has been helping us get this done in a time crunch. Highly recommend!

Josh did a great job on our kitchen floors and with the bathroom shower. He was always responsive and ready to provide advice. He did an outstanding job and was able to work within our tight budget. He had a tight timeline to get it done and he delivered. I would highly recommend him
