Very professional orientation/education as to the required scope of work needed to bring this older home up to current code recommendations. Contractors were courteous, quick and clean. I recomend them highly.

This job went very well. The owner was responsive, communicated with us in every way and answered our questions. Our access opening was basically in the center of our house, so the crew had no choice but to travel up and down and through our house to get to crawl space--but they were great. Very respectful at every turn of being in our home. At the end of the job, the owner brought up pictures to show us the work (plates attaching our foundation to our home's frame?). The job was completed a little earlier than the projection. (We couldn't help but notice the seemingly great working rapport between the owner and his crew--very much respect both directions. Nice to see.) BONUS: one of the crew brought to our attention water damage that had been going on unbeknownst to us under our dishwasher, which brought on dry-rot and plumbing repairs. We would never have been aware had this crew member not mentioned it! Huge!! We would use this company again in a heartbeat.
