PREMIUM PROPERTIES

Description of Work: I was relocated from San Ramon, CA to Chengdu, China by my employer. I needed to rent my home for the period of time I will be overseas (4 years at least). My employer recommended 5 property management companies. Premium Properties was one of the five. I checked Angie's List as well as other websites and Premium consistently received very good reviews. They have provided excellent service to me consistently for the last 9 months. | |They were very responsive when I contacted them and, at my earliest convenience, 5 people showed up at my home (2 managers, 1 leasing agent, an appraiser, and an inspector). They were ready to explain the entire process to me, and to get to work. | |They inspected and assessed the home, worked with my schedule, had the place rented in a matter of days and have taken care of every single thing since then. I have no worries. The rent gets deposited in my checking account every month and they even provided a tax statement for me. I recommend them very highly.

Description of Work: Premium Properties is the property manager for the rental property I've had about a year.

Description of Work: Premium Properties is managing the rental of the house I inherited from my mother. They collect the rent and I receive my share at the end of the month.

Description of Work: They are a property management company. They have been very prompt with returning phone calls, making repairs and notifying us of necessary info. I would not hesitate to rent from them again. Depending on their fees, they would be my first choice as a propert owner to manage my property.

Description of Work: We found this company on Craig's List while looking for places to live in the East Bay... They found us a great home to rent and we couldn't be happier! They showed us this beautiful town-home in WC and the whole process was smooth as glass.
