He did a great job. He came back when one item was missed and was very considerate in fixing this.

Ertan performed a timely estimate and his team installed the lights leaving the house clean when they were done. His patch work was nice and I enjoy having the extra light and dimming option. Ertan is a very thoughtful person and a pleasure to do business with. He also helped us with installing new ballasts in some garage lighting and saved us money by not replacing the lights. We will likely use him if we need to do any electrical work prior to TIC conversions because he has a lot of experience and already made several helpful recommendations.

They did a good job, on time and prompt finished on time. Vertan was very. I'm calling them back out for back yard lighting.

It was a great experience! We called Ertan and asked to come out and take a look, and he was able to come out the very next morning. He suspected it was a transformer problem, and got it on the way to our appointment. He replaced the one we had, but that didn't fix the problem. He then thought that maybe we needed a stronger one - he ran to the store, was back 10 minutes later, replaced the transformer, and we were in business! We were very excited because we were a bit tired of running back and forth to our front gate to open it. Ertan was very pleasant, did the work quickly, explained what was going on. We are very pleased with the work done.

Everything ran very smoothly. Ertan made an appointment to come to my house within a few days of my phone call to him. He arrived on time and did the work. The new switch he installed was faulty. I called him about this, and he showed up on the same day on time, to replace the bad switch.

Mr. Atalay was very accommodating with scheduling and requests about the work day: morning household routine (four adults) pets and that I work from home. Everything was cleaned up daily and no mess left behind. He explained everything to my satisfaction and tried avoid more holes in the walls than necessary in addition with placing conduit. He even saved the backsplash in the kitchen (others said it would have to be removed!) Very little furniture had to be moved, which he generally did, and other then a few hours I always had electricity in every room. The only major delay was waiting for page to come out and install the new meter and move the overhead wires to the house. (It took more than a month.)

We had used Magnolia Electric before and were satisfied with the work. This time we were thrilled with the job that was done. The inspection went fine and the electrical component was signed off. The job was done quickly and efficiently and additional work was performed at no extra cost. Magnolia Electric worked with our contractor and we were more than satisfied with the results.

Ertan prepared the outlets for pre-inspection, and added the necessary plugs and installed under counter lighting and added switch. He moved a plug for microwave access into a wall cabinet. He added a security light to the back yard and installed an electrical outlet outside in back yard. This job entailed working with other contractors and scheduling around the work schedule of both the contractors and my family needs. There was a month break where no work could be done because of tile work to be completed by another contractor and the personal needs of the family. He was reliable and easy to work with. Once the tile work was completed he was able to finish the electrical work quickly. Electrical passed final inspection.

Mr. Atalay was easily reached by phone. He came to give an estimate within a few days and we scheduled the work in a couple of weeks. It to two days to complete. He was perfect!

Mr. Atalay was very prompt in responding. He offered to come by the morning after I called him to give me an estimate which he did. He was very polite and professional in every way. I only wish he could have warned me that what I initially wanted would not provide enough light as I feel he should have known this.

Ertan is great. He gave an honest estimate (more than I can say for everyone else who competed for the project) and was able to begin work soon after accepting the job. He can think creatively and problem-solve his way out of any situation. All work was performed as promised and always to the highest level of quality. He was always happy to help out with any miscellaneous electrical work that was needed - moving an outlet, wiring heaters, changing switches, etc. Having him on the work site was always a pleasure. Highly recommended.

It went extremely well. They were on time, efficient and did the job right the first time. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the work.

There was one person doing the work and it took him about 1 hour. They do charge by the hour for this type of service and they have a $150 minimum fee.

I first called just to have the bedroom lights installed. Ertun was accommodating with his schedule, showed up promptly, did a great job with the installation. I then asked his assistance in choosing replacement under the counter light fixtures. 2 days later he brought back samples and 2 days after that he showed up promptly and replaced the fixtures. He was prompt, courteous and did a great job. I would definitely use him again.

2 weeks ago Ertan gave me an estimate ($550 and 4 hours of work). Last week I found and purchased lights I liked, sent him an email, made an appointment for this morning, and today it took him and his assistant exactly 4 hours to do all the work. He is friendly, easy to work with, careful to put plastic down and clean up any debris, and I'll be calling him again next time I need an electrician.

Our experience with Ertan was fantastic. He was prompt and efficient, and through every step of the process suggested creative ways for us to do things without wasting money. He went above and beyond what he was expected to do, such as patching walls and popping in lighting trims. His pricing was very reasonable and the final bill was right on his estimate. We highly recommend him.

Ertan showed up exactly on time for both the estimate and the actual work. I think he might have showed up early every time but waited outside until he was supposed to arrive so he wouldn't disturb us. He helped us figure out where the easiest and most cost effective places would be to add outlets. The work took about twice as long as he had anticipated but he nonetheless stayed true to the estimate. I will certainly hire him again next time I need electrical work. He even called a week later to make sure everything was working out properly.

I have had trouble with Lutron dimmers burning out on one circuit in my kitchen. I replaced the last one myself and it burned out. I called Magnolia and they came that same day at 6 pm. A new switch was installed and it burned out promptly. The circuit was checked for shorts and none were found. Other electricians have tried to solve this problem and failed, so the mystery remains. Magnolia was very thorough and spent a long time (over an hour) with this problem and finally installed another brand of dimmer switch which works fine. I expected a higher charge for all the time this took, but was charged the regular service charge and the new dimmer was great. Very polite, friendly, personable man.

Ertan was available quickly and gave me an accurate estimate. He was professional, on time, and did a great job hanging my chandelier. I was completely satisfied with the quality of his work and would highly recommend him.

I called Magnolia Electric (Ertan) and they in turn referred me to a general contractor. Their bid was affordable and the men were personable and helpful. I do not know exactly what portion financially was electrical so the 6K above was a guess. However, I am confident that Magnolia Electric gave us a good deal. We passed inspection, which was a big deal in our circumstances. He also helped us with some extras for which he did not charge. He did a top notch job all around on the work he did for us, and we would use him again. I highly recommend him!

Ertan came promptly first time I called and gave an estimate. We decided that I'll call him back after I buy the dryer. After a couple of weeks, called him multiple times, but he never got back to my messages. He should have called back if he was not interested anymore.

Excellent. Ertan is an excellent problem solver. He ran into a problem (unusual situation) and quickly figured it out. He was quick, clean and did the work the right way.

This was a completely positive experience. Ertan is committed, knowledgeable, thorough, and follows through on every detail. And, perhaps most importantly, his services were very fairly priced (I shopped around quite a bit). I have a very old house with completely out dated electrical equipment. Ertan did an excellent job of assessing my needs and working with me to develop a plan. And, when I occasionally changed course in the middle of the project, he was patient and didn't take these instances as an opportunity to gouge me for higher fees (come on, we've ALL seen contractors do that before). We updated more than a dozen outlets, ran new circuits, equipped my closet with new lights, and updated the lighting outside. It was a medium sized project, and took about 5 days (he had an assistant for part of the time). Finally, and perhaps most importantly, he's just a really good guy. If all contractors were this pleasant to work with, my life would be a whole lot easier right now.
