He is absolutely a gem. He is polite. He is courteous. He is considerate. He is easy to work with. He actually a wonderful man. The only drawback is that English is his second language, so sometimes it takes a little while to understand him; but that's rare, and it is more than acceptable, given what a truly wonderful workman and human being he is. I just wanted to give him the tops in terms of a report on him.

Ertan was very responsive to my initial call for a consultation. He arrived promptly and gave an estimate. The work was performed in a timely manner and though it cost more than I would have liked, he did a good job and was very knowledgeable and competent.

Mr. Atalay arrived on time, performed the work in a professional manner, and was very cordial and easy to get along with.

It went very well. Pleasant to work with, right on time. There was re-wiring involved and a trip to the store. While it took several hours, the overall price, including hardware, was fair. Also, they were the only one interested in helping on a relatively small job, ad they were wiling to come back to do more of the same when ready.

I needed someone to come and rewire the entire house and I needed it done fast. This was the only company I could get to come out right away and he did a good job. However, it cost some money due to the urgency.
