Move went well and quick.

They were very good. Items were packaged well and the move was very smooth.

The company was easy to deal with and very up front about all charges. There were three movers who did a great job of moving my furniture as well as all the boxes in my house and shed. They were professional and pleasant. They unloaded and placed all items where I wanted them. They were very careful of everything.

The team was spot on time, all 3 were very professional. We took a tour, pointing out what was to go or stay. They worked efficiently and took care due to the inclement weather. I appreciated the attention they showed to the large furniture, especially the grandfather clock! I could not have asked for a better team. The same care was demonstrated on the receiving end and I would hire this crew again in a minute! Nice follow-up from the office too. Payment details were made clear at the beginning and matched the contract I had signed and payment was made as requested. Great job!

It went very well overall. They were prompt and courteous. They arrived on time and the 3 movers worked extremely hard. It was a 100 degree day and the three guys worked very hard with no complaints. They padded and protected all my furniture as well as the passageways during the move.

This company is awesome. I hired Magic Moving to move me and my wife off base. They came in and were fast and careful. My wife was all worried about her collectables and pictures but they packed it up very professionally... I have a couple of motorcycles and expensive sporting equipment that i wanted handle with special attention, they did that with ease. My wife and I were very impressed. They were obviously very experienced, paid attention to our concerns, and were extremely friendly. They didn't even take a break all day which is unreal! I will call them next time for sure. I would defiantly recommend this Magic Moving crew to anyone.

estimator was way off, estimate was about 4,000. Got here and they said we were way over wieght. Charged us over 6000. I feel I got screwed, but what can you do? Workers were all great, on time, nice, helpful. My only complaint is I used there estimator and it was wayyyy wrong.

David, Samuel and Louis arrived promptly at 7:00 AM, as planned. They were exceptionally polite and professional. It took roughly 5 hours to load our stuff onto their truck. After a quick bite to eat, it took about four hours to unload everything and setup all the furniture. (We sped things up a bit by having all of the boxes put the garage.) The whole move was over by 5:00PM. We are thrilled with the job well done, happy with the price (honestly, it felt like a bargain!) and would gladly recommend Magic Movers to friends.

Overall, this worked out very well and I didn't have to coerce all of my aging friends (and me!) to drag my furniture back and forth.

Overall the move went very well. We gathered quotes from half a dozen other companies. An estimator came out and reviewed our apartment right away and gave us a good quote. One other company came in slightly under them, but when I considered extra fees that could be charged it came out about even. The friendliness of the estimator and the lack of extra fees were the determining factors for me. Oh, and the cash discount helped too. The movers were on time and very polite. They managed to move our large and heavy things without issue. I bought them sandwiches for lunch, which they appreciated. They managed to finish slightly under the estimated time, which saved me some cash.

They were quick, and they were definitely careful with our stuff. The quality of work was high. The pricing was a little bit more than some other places, but we got what we paid for.

The service was fine. I haven't used many moving companies. I did find a few scratches on the floor, I did have one chair that was missing its clip. They were not a careful as I would have liked.

Everyone I talked with was helpful and professional. The guys who moved me actually listened to my requests and, in particular, separated my boxes as requested at my new house. I've had movers in the past who've completely ignored my instructions in the past, but these guys did exactly as I asked. They put two storage shelves together and neatly stored the boxes on them in the garage. This company is located in Vacaville but were willing to honor their Angie's list special and come to San Mateo. I'll definitely use them again if they're still willing to come the distance.

The office manager was informative and helpful in setting up a weekend move. The moving team arrived on time. They were professional and flexible. They accommodated a special transport from a storage facility. The team leader went out of his way to satisfy our special concerns and needs. They finished on time. A minor flaw was marks on a carpet from one of their dollies. Overall this was a well-organized and efficient crew. We will use them again if the need arises.

I thought they were professional, competent and reasonably priced.

They were flexible, consulted well on timing and challenges with parking. Showed up on time, worked quickly, applied the Angies List discount. The guys helped me move some big items in the garage so that I could more easily set up the furniture.

My property didn't close on time and Magic Movers changed the date for me without a problem and held my goods until I had access to my property. The lady in the office was extremely nice and helpful. All the people I dealt with were more than I expected. An overall nice experience.

Everyone from the office staff to the movers were extremely polite, professional, and very experienced. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful in getting me prepared and organized for the move. They even went as far as delivering "Free Bioxes" to help me get started. I also felt their website was user friendly and informative.... I used it several times in getting prepared. Making the reservation was easy and Nancy in thier office was very sweet! The crew arrived Early and got right to it. They were friendly, clean, professional and very enthusiastic. They immediately protected my floors, doors and walls with thick floor covering and blankets. I liked the fact that they blanket wrapped everything before carrying it out the door...I had very tight doors and a large railing down the outside stairs They were incredibly careful throughout the entire move and I was impressed with the way they manuevered the large items through tight doorways. They carefully loaded and stacked everything into my storage unit adding bunches of extra cushioning and plastic wrap. the unit was not easy to get to and quite difficult to access....they NEVER complained once. Full of smiles. and great attitudes all day. NICELY DONE GUYS!! Price was more than fair and quite honestly best bargain ive ever recieved for the work performed!! This is the 2nd time Ive used Magic Moving &Storage...my family, friends and co-workers have also used them. Ive heard nothing but great feedback! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! :)

They showed up on time. They covered everything very carefully and we didn’t have to do any patch ups in old house at all. They made the move really easy. They were bit expensive, but they did a pretty clean work. I would use them again in the future too.

We were initially planning on moving ourselves, but after chatting with the accommodating office staff they changed our mind. We knew the long move from California to up here in Washington was going to be stressful, but Magic Moving eased much of that stress for us. They packed our kitchen dishes and furniture perfectly! Nothing was broken or misplaced during the move. Where we are located, there are small and narrow streets which meant that their large moving truck would not be able to fit. They got the truck as close as possible and then carefully moved my stuff onto a smaller truck keeping it all wrapped in order to get my goods into my new place, this was very impressive. There was great communication between the office staff and us, they kept us up to date with timing, location, and how things were moving along. Honestly, I just wish they were local so they could move us from our apartment into our next home when the time comes.

I used this company to move from AZ to CA. They were terrific in all aspects, we had a lot of planning, packing and coordinating which they were extremely helpful with. We had many fragiles, antiques, and artwork that I was concerned about, but they packed these items carefully, and all my belongings made it safely! I had many questions before the move, since I am a newbie and the office always seemed glad that I called, and always answered my questions, no matter how small they may have been. :-) They kept in touch during the move and were extremely helpful in placing the items where we wanted them when they arrived. There were no bumps, bruises, or issues. I feel everyone from the staff to the driver and crew were very fun, polite and professional. I recommend them to all of my friends and family, and will use them again on any future moves I may have.
