Team of 4 were very professional and extremely well organised. They worked very hard and handled all the furniture very carefully. We had nothing broken and we had a large amount of packages. Furniture was very heavy and everything arrived safefy. Every member of the team was very helpful and polite - they were a pleasure to work with. When moving our furniture into the new home everything was marked off as the items were brought in. We unpacked all the boxes ourselves which was agreed in our contract. They unpacked the furniture and assembled when necessary. I would use them again and am happy to recommend them.

Everything worked out fine with them. They were on time and they worked hard. The only thing that matters is that we went back, I was not supervising them which is my own fault, they left a few items that are original in the compartments, but it was not that big of a deal it was fine as I was able to get them.

They were very efficient, on time and fast. I thought they were very professional and I really liked that they were pretty much in and out. I was not able to compare the pricing so I am not sure if it was fair or not.

Magic Moving did a great job moving my family belongings (3 bedroom house) from the SF Bay Area to the Salt Lake city area. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the job they did. Professional, organized, efficient and very competitive price-wise. Samantha and her crew were great to work with. Nancy, in the office, was patient and consistently pleasant in answering my numerous questions. The Details: We had all of our belongings it two storage units (10x20 & 10x10) in Novato. They had been in storage for 6 months as we had already moved to Utah and were staying with relatives. We finally rented a place in the Salt Lake area and needed to move everything out of storage and into our new place. After talking to 6-7 movers we decided to use Magic Moving. A very wise move. Needless to say we were very anxious about having most of our family's worldly possessions loaded onto a truck and hauled a thousand miles. Nancy was my main point of contact in the Magic Moving offices and she was great. She answered my many, many questions and without actually seeing our stuff (viewing would not have made a difference as it was all crammed into storage units) she estimated our weight at 12,000 lbs. Final actual weighed amount was 13,100 which was amazing considering her estimate was made solely from my description and her experience. The day of the loading went without a hitch. Samantha was very organized and professional and her crew was hard working and experienced. The loading was all done in a very efficient manner. Then came the anxious wait, which was actually only a few days. Loading was done on Monday and our belongings arrived in the Salt Lake area on Thursday. Everything was unloaded in an efficient manner as Samantha and her crew continued their excellent work. Everything arrived in the same condition as before and nothing was damaged. My wife and I had never done a move like this before and It was a pleasure to work with Magic Moving. They were knowledgeable, professional, efficient and organized. I would highly recommend them.

We hired magic Movers to move our belongings from California to Nevada. This company has been the best sor far over the 20 or so moves my family has made in the past 34 years. There was an adequate, well-trained team which loaded our 4 bed-rooms of furniture in about 3 hours. each furniture item was meticulouslu and legibly logged and delivered without any breakage or dents and on time at the destination. We would certainly recommend this company to anyone who wants to get moved without any hassles.

This was a good Big Deal. I got everything I needed out of this deal and the company did an outstanding job.

On time to the minute, we wanted to use the 4 hr minimum to move just our heaviest items and they did that perfectly.

An estimate was given over the phone, along with possible dates to do the move. Contracts and information was all done by e-mail. On the day of the move the crew showed up, on time and professional. THey were extremely courteous, helpful and concerned for the welfare of my belongings. THere was no wasting of time, and they worked the whole time they were with me. Their desire was to assure that I was happy, not only with the loading but also with the unloading and where I wanted things to be. THis even included changing items in rooms to other rooms when i changed my mind during the unloading. This company is professional, concerned with the client and a perfect example of what customer service should be. I would not hesitate using them again or referring them to anyone in the area. They made a trying day much much easier.

We didn't use the service. The special was for a moving truck and moving supplies. When I called to schedule it, they said they only have a service that includes the movers, and an additional ($300). The deal was $200 worth of moving for $99, but it wasn't at all. We were able to cancel and be reimbursed.

They were punctual, fast packers,but careful. They were pure animals (strong & fast). We were so impressed with them. Even able to move an industrial treadmill without taking it apart. They moved everything fast efficiently & were done before the 6 hours were up. The only down side was their truck could only hold about 95% of all our stuff. And thats with being really good efficient packers & organizing. We've been telling our neighbors that are moving to diffidently us this company. We highly recommend them.

Moving is never fun but Magic Moving made it easy! Everyone from the office staff to the movers were top notch. Nancy in the office was very helpful and friendly I appreciated her patience in answering all my questions. These guys showed up early and hit the ground running. They were very careful and wrapped all my furniture including all my exercise equipment. Everything they took apart they put back together, they never stopped to even take a break. i could not have asked for a better job and have already recommended them to one of my friends. Everything went well overall. They arrived on time in the morning. Everything was moved quickly and efficiently throughout the day. They were very professional and placed everything exactly where it was supposed to be. My clothes were even unpacked and hung in the closets. When they finished for the day, my life was made much easier because of their expertise. The entire day went smoothely and it was a great experience.

In general, the experience was very good. I think initially, there was some concern about giving the fixed quote. They didn't come to the house to assess what was it all and gave me a quote over the phone and as time went on when they finally found out how much it was, the price went up, so I pressed them very hard on that. If I think of anything, they were a terrific movers. The only negative I would have on them is that they don't do very good estimates upfront. They accepted the coupon.

Magic Moving & Storage were good. They were quick, prompt and efficient. They were personable. At least, one of the guys was.

The moving team (3 movers) arrived at our apartment on time. The lead mover looked over all of our stuff, answered our questions and gave us a quote on the price. (I had purchased a $99 Angie's List voucher for $200 worth of moving). He was very professional and so were the other two movers. At first the 3 men worked very fast and cleared out half of our apartment in about an hour, then they seemed to slow down and it took them another 1.5 hours to move out the rest of our boxes/furniture. When they unloaded at our new house, the process was even slower because each mover asked where to put each box/piece of furniture. That was fine, however the boxes were labeled and so were the rooms.(I think next time I will use a color coding system to simplify the sorting process further). The entire process took 6 hours plus 1 hour for double drive time, which came out to 7 hours total. It took two hours longer than I had hoped, however they were careful with everything and nothing was damaged.

Well, but too expensive and they charged us for an extra hour. We paid 723.00 on the day of the move and 99.00 for the Angie's list deal so for 6 hours of moving it was 137.00 an hour for three men to help us move.

They were excellent. They were three relatively young men. They were very organized and on time which was 7 in the morning. It was amazing how they fit all the stuff in the truck; it was really compact. They took a lot of preventative steps to make sure things weren’t damaged in my home or to the furniture or products they took out of my home. They were very professional and very courteous. They worked non-stop. The only break they took is the ride from Castro Valley to Santa Rosa. They took no official breaks. I am assuming they took their lunches with them and ate them on the hour and forty five minutes ride. They must have their lunches with them and they just ate in the truck. Once they were started on both ends, they didn’t stop. A couple of times I had to ask them to move things and they said no problem. With regard to price, most of them are about the same.

Very professional and punctual. They sent a crew of three to move a 2 bedroom from San Ramon to Danville. No damage to property or goods while moving and the guys were polite and easy to work with. No surprises in billing either.

The gentlemen arrived on time and ready! Extremely professional. Very courteous. Excellent at their jobs. Very fast, yet personable. We would hire this company again and recommend this company and its personal to everyone. The best moving experience we have ever had. Do yourself a favor and use this company!

The moving crew went above and beyond. They showed up on time, reviewed what was to be moved and asked about the new home (i.e. location, size, etc). Once at our new home they again reviewed the layout and systematically brought in our furniture. This added to a smooth move. If I had to sum up this move in a single line I would say they were very professional, systematic and organized. No surprises in cost or time allotted.

Very smoothly. The whole team was polite and professional. I'd had to change my move date after signing the contract, and the front office was very accommodating. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

This company is awesome. They were able to schedule a team and truck a week or so out, sent me a contract that day, quoted me a decent price, and the deal on the website helped with the expenses. The team showed up on time, ready to go. They carefully wrapped all of my furniture and were very careful with everything. The did not damage anything. They also broke down my bed frame and put it back together for me at my new place. Most importantly, they didn't waste any time, they had me moved in less time than I thought. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I move.

Excellent. Arrived on time, thoughtfully and carefully loaded my belongings and just as carefully unloaded everything. They made sure that everything, especially the heavy items, were placed just right and all without any damage.
