He created our plans in record time and even worked VERY late into the evening to help us accommodate our timeframe (the house was in escrow to be sold so the timing was frighteningly short!). John met with us and our (new) contractor, gathered all the measurements he needed and provided a comprehensive and extremely professional set of responses to the city's Plan Check comments. John did all of this with patience and professionalism and I would trust him with any job in the future.
Description of Work: We hired John to finalize a permit that a previous engineer and contractor had neglected. To do so, John needed to create a complete set of "existing" plans as well as plans to detail the work that had been done. Working backward in this way was very challenging.
