History Established in 2003 Ricardo Javier is the owner and founder of the Javier Insurance Agency. Ricardo decided to start the Javier Insurance Agency after 20 years in managemnt. Ricardo has always dreamed about running his own business -- an opportunity for greater customer service within the insurance industry. In 2003, Ricardo saw his dream come true when he started the Javier Insurance Agency -- an insurance agency dedicated to the client has proven to be a winning idea. His agency has earned many awards and distinctions for the quality of business as well as the rapid growth of his agency.
