Description of Work: I USED THIS COMPANY FOR HOME WARRANTY. I MOST RECENT I CALL THEM FOR THE DRAIN CONNECTED TO MY WASHER.

+ -1 moreTHEIR SERVICE IS VERY GOOD AND THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO SEND OUT WHAT WE NEED TO REPLACE. THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND SUPPORTIVE, EVEN GIVING US ADVICE ABOUT HOW TO MAINTAIN OUR HOME.
Description of Work: OUR HOUSE IS INSURED BY THIS COMPANY. WHENEVER SOMETHING IN OUR HOUSE BREAKS, WE CALL THEM AND THEY WILL SEND SOMETHING FROM THE FACTORIES TO REPLACE WHAT HAS MALFUNCTIONED.

+ -1 moreEVERY TIME I HAD A PROBLEM I JUST CALLED THE 800 NUMBER AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THE SCHEDULING AND THE PROBLEM. IT WAS REALLY HASSLE FREE AND I APPRECIATE THAT.
Description of Work: SINCE I PURCHASED THE WARRANTY I HAVE HAD ITEMS THAT NEEDED REPAIR IN MY HOME (PLUMBING, ANT PROBLEM, A/C) AND THE WARRANTY HAS COVERED THEM ALL.
