Description of Work: I just recently purchased my house and as a closing gift my realtor bought my fiancee and I a home warranty. A month after we moved in our dishwasher and refrigerator quit working so I called the home warranty company. They were very friendly and were able to send a Sears technician out THAT NEXT DAY! Because I called regarding both items in one service call I only had to pay ONE $50 service call charge instead of the two $50 charges I was expecting. I would strongly recommend this home warranty company to anyone who owns a home and I will most definitely be renewing my warranty once my first year expires!
