+ -1 moreI own an income property in Walnut Creek and my tenant call me about seeing a mouse or rat. Being that I live in Los Angeles and not being able to be at the property I always fear getting taken advantage of. I actually had a guy up before bringing detailed out Detailed and they said i had a major infestation and that we needed monthly service blah blah blah. . No pun intended but I smelled a rat. So I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke to Darren and Detailed. He told me he set a few traps and seal up any entry holes. No monthly fees, not up charging. I have now hired them for multiple properties.

Description of Work: Darren is very responsive and stands behind his work. The first time I had him out he set traps and caught all the gofers pretty quickly. He came out a few times to make sure they were gone. The following summer I found tracks again. I texted him and he stopped by that same day. He informed me they were moles and would not harm my garden. He also did not charge me for the service call.
