Our Project Manager Yaniv and Creation 7 were amazing! Urgent, detailed, worked clean, thorough, genuinely felt supported and taken care of throughout the whole project. They did our bathrooms too!

Creation 7 was absolutely fantastic to work with for our addition and remodel project. They were not only our builders for the project, but they also did our design. Eyal and his team had an incredible eye for the architectural design of the build as well as an impeccable attention to detail. Weekly walkthroughs kept us apprised of the steps and progress throughout the project. Our project with Creation 7 included a 2 story addition to our home to add a bedroom, bathroom, closets, pantry and kitchen expansion and remodel as well as a relocation of our laundry room. We also expanded entryways, relocated windows, added new doors and paint throughout. Time was a big factor for our project and creation 7 stayed within their projected time frame, which is almost unheard of with construction projects, especially with pandemic delays. They had no trouble finding materials for the job, and as a company they were very prepared and knowledgeable.

Creation 7 worked for us on a kitchen and bathroom remodel, but also an addition (we expanded the original kitchen by 110 sqft and added a 110 sqft bedroom on the second floor). Eyal and the team know their stuff, and gave us a great service. The result is amazing and we could not be happier.

The project was a complete kitchen teardown and remodel, plus an outside deck off the kitchen. Everything went very smoothly, and any hiccups were taken care of immediately. I was very impressed with the attention to detail. A lot of pieces need to fit together in the end to pull off a nice result, and Yaniv and crew did not overlook anything. I highly recommend Creation 7 for your project. I am completely happy with the results. My standard of living has gone up substantially!

We had the pleasure of working with Creation 7 and Yaniv, our project manager. Our project was a large-scale remodel of a 4000+ sf house, that transformed an uninspired, outdated, and dark interior to a modern, light-filled interior. As an architect-owner with much design time and emotion, as well as money invested in the project, I probably rank pretty high on the fastidious scale of clients. Yaniv was conscientious about following up with any concerns I had on work in progress. We worked through the challenging pieces of my project with tight dimensional tolerances and unusual details including large scale pivot doors, blind doors, skylight wells with complex geometries, flush invisible baseboards, stepped reveal between wall and stairs, and others. This care was taken while sticking to the construction schedule, and allowing us to move in on-schedule (which also allowed us to move out of our previous house and to sell it). We thoroughly enjoy our new house. Thank you to Yaniv and the entire Creation 7 team!

We finished our remodel earlier this year with Creation 7. The project was a total nightmare. They had several incompetent project managers on our project that seemed never to have experience with construction. They read plans wrong and hired subs that did poor quality work, causing them to have to redo a lot. This includes redoing a roof that was done wrong and got all moldy after the first rain, redoing a foundation that was poured incorrectly, redoing kitchen cabinets that were off because some walls were built incorrectly, and redoing extremely sloppy paint (i.e. drips all over new floors and exercise equipment, lack of caulking, and they did not prime - I am still fixing it to this day), cracking brand new $1000 doors and not installing correctly. The list goes on. The biggest issue is their lack of quality assurance and checking to make sure something is done right and halfway decent, inability to follow clearly defined plans, and poor unskilled project managers and laborers. The amount of time and money we have spent fixing their work has been highly frustrating. We had to escalate things multiple times with the CEO. It would get better for a brief period but then go right back to being a terrible experience. I do not trust them and I do not recommend them. Do your due diligence and shop around.

We hired Creation 7 for our Kitchen remodel and could not be happier with the result! Our project manager Yaniv and foreman Jose made the process extremely smooth and we felt well supported the entire time. We had initially hired C7 to work on our kitchen in April 2020 but decided to put the project on hold during Covid. Yaniv was extremely thoughtful and followed up with us to see when we would be ready to restart. After having some time pass, we ended up making a few layout changes to our initial design & they were very accommodating. All throughout the project, Yaniv was very communicative and always asked for confirmation and our point of view before making any decisions. We felt very involved and knew that the team had an exceptional attention to detail, which resulted in an incredible finished product. We encountered some delays due to materials being backordered, but Creation 7 was always on schedule with everything within their control. We will absolutely consider using them again for any future renovations and remodels and highly recommend them!

Creation 7 did an excellent job with our kitchen remodel. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen including all new appliances, flooring, cabinets, countertops, sheetrock, lighting, painting and associated plumbing and electrical work. The Creation 7 Project Manager, Yaniv, provided a clear and thorough written proposal with a milestone payment schedule which helped us understand what their scope of work included and what was the ownerâ s responsibility (kitchen design and procurement of appliances, flooring, cabinets, countertops, tile and lighting). Yaniv was on-site several times a week to check on progress and to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Yaniv had the necessary knowledge and experience to review the construction work, provide recommendations and insure a quality product. Yaniv also provided advice on material procurement. Yaniv was easy to contact, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The Creation 7 construction crew was experienced and did quality work (these guys were great!). The construction crew varied in size from 2 â 4 workers with a working Supervisor who was on-site every day. The project took about 10 weeks and crew worked Monday through Saturday from 8 â 5 which was fantastic. Creation 7 used a simple on-line billing system to managed progress payments and their office staff was easy to communicate and work with. I highly recommend Creation 7 for your home remodel project.

We highly recommend Creation7 for your build/design needs. We hired Creation7 for our recently completed kitchen remodel. Yaniv Taragano, the Senior Project Manager, assigned to us, was excellent. His level of customer service was superb by being readily available via text or phone, answering questions, apprising us of plans and timelines, and being a great problem solver with recommendations and suggestions. The foreman and his team were very professional and did quality work. Rene (the foreman) is very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction. He and his team were on time and extremely courteous, and respectful of working in our home. They completed the remodel in 10 weeks, exactly the time frame Yaniv had set for us at the onset of the job. Overall, we can only say positive things about Creation7, and we would hire them again for our future home renovation needs.

My family and I sold our starter home and purchased an upgrade home during the thick of the Covid 19 pandemic. It was a huge risk but it's turning into a great investment. We spent about 3 months renovating our starter home with our previous contractor. Almost all of the work performed was cosmetic so no extensive amount of work such as stripping an area down to the studs was required. Anyhow, most of our experience with contractors up to that point have been cosmetics. After we've purchased our current home, we realized if we wanted to personalize it, we would have to renovate more than 700 square feet, including a 300 square feet of addition. So, how are we to do this in the midst of a pandemic and an economic recession where the cost of labor and goods are ever rising while we have a modest budget?! The only option was to do some extensive cost comparisons. We ended up talking to 12 contractors and interviewed around 8 companies. We limited our choices down to 2: Creation 7 and a Plan B. We ended up choosing Creation 7 because they made us felt comfortable, confident and excited. On top of that, they were able to commit to our modest budget. After speaking to Eyal, the CEO of Creation 7, we signed the contract and paid the deposit in January 2021. Here's where things took a bit left turn on us. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic persisting throughout, doing a huge renovation of this magnitude was becoming ever more challenging. After many months of permit delays, we finally broke ground in the middle of July. The entire work was completed about 5 months. The scope of the work included: Converting an one car garage to a laundry room, master suite, and completely gut the existing bathroom and build an ensuite, plus removing a continuation wall, door to make room for a den. Oh, forgot to mention the city required us to have an one car garage. So, we had to scramble to make room in the budget for a garage. We also added a tankless electric water heater which resulted in another budget increase for an electrical panel upgrade. After a few incremental budget increases, Creation 7's project manager, Guy was able to work with us to perform the scope of the work and still make it affordable. I could go on and on about our experiences with Creation 7, but I'll save you the time and say this: We absolutely love our new home! After all the headaches and stress, this was definitely a successful project and we will recommend Creation 7 to anyone who is looking to hire contractors. Creation 7 cares about their customers and have led us to believe they will do whatever it is in their power to make them happy. For that, we feel privileged and grateful!!

We had very ew change orders that came up, and if one did it was discussed and understood thoroughly before work was done. The completed project is more then anything I could have dreamed of. Creation 7 has truly designed and built our dream home and we couldnâ t be happier with our experience. The final day of the project was bitter suite because we miss seeing everyone every day. They truly treated us like family and got that we are grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend Creation 7, Eyal, and his team to anyone looking for work on their home. Their attention to detail, access to building materials, transparency and completion time is beyond 5 stars.

Make a deal with the devil himself ?yup this is that company .These guys including the owner are a bunch of thieves.If you donâ t know construction and have large pockets.They will take it all .They manipulate their verbiage to make you feel like you are getting a deal .They do not have their own construction company they manage contractors and charge double.Most people that have gotten work done I can guarantee you have been shafted.last email o fir from the owner was to sign to not leave any bad ratings and they would give me back $4,000 of the $12,000 of work they did not complete nor touched.Donâ t be manipulated by these clowns

We had the pleasure of working with Cameron (project manager) and Mario (foreman) on our addition, hardscape, and kitchen renovation over the last 4 months. It really was a pleasure as Creation 7 has done an excellent job with attracting high quality, friendly and conscientious construction workers that have an eye for details. Creation 7's construction work may only come second to their project management. The scheduling and sheer volume of work being completed on a weekly basis would make an average contractor's head spin, but it appears to be just business as usual for this company. As for the details, it was an ~400 sq ft addition (2 bd, 1 bth, 1 laundry room), with walls being knocked down for a ~200 sqft kitchen remodel and a new ~200 sqft deck with multiple La Cantina doors. All of that within 4 months and for a price right in the middle of the quotes we received from other contractors. I would highly recommend them for any construction or remodel project you do and we will absolutely be using them for a bathroom remodel and bedroom expansion in the years to come. 

When I met Eyal, I knew I was in good hands. Creation7 did a major repair to the concrete foundation of our house, and they did an earthquake retrofit too. Eyal and everyone from Creation7 were wonderful. I'm so glad to have found them. I live in La Honda, and it's difficult to find companies that will come to our location, but we had wonderful people working on our job. They finished on time and on budget, and I feel safe in my home, thanks to Creation7.

We had talked to many, many, many contractors about our project over the years before starting it. The minute that we met with Yaniv, I knew we had found a great contractor. He listened to us, pointed out potential problems that no other contractor had done before we even started the job, met us at our budget, and gave us an amazingly fast timeline. We started our addition during the shutdown, and had to put our project on hold. Yaniv was understanding, and patient with that process. Once work restarted, his crew was respectful of our space and worked safely the entire time. Yaniv was always looking ahead to the next steps, and keeping us updated every day. As with any major project, there are always going to be unforeseen things that come up. Anytime we had a concern/issue, Yaniv and his team addressed our concerns and/or fixed the issue until we were completely satisfied. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again if we ever decide to do work like this again!

When we decided to remodel our kitchen I interviewed five contractors, all highly recommended. Yaniv, from Creation 7, was the only contractor who asked me what budget limit I had in mind and said he would try to build a plan that would fall within that limit. I was impressed and Creation 7 was hired. Yaniv brought in a hardworking, talented crew of professionals who were dedicated to our project from start to finish. One of our requirements was to raise the ceiling in the kitchen. When the old ceiling was demolished, a mess of substandard wiring was revealed. Our project lead politely suggested we rewire the kitchen, not part of our original scope. I'm so glad we did! Yaniv brought in a top-notch electrician who worked long hours to quickly bring our wiring up to code for a very reasonable price. Other issues were quickly dealt with as they came up. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship and attention to detail on this project. The cabinets, new ceiling, lighting, new floors, tile work, quartzite counters - everything is beautiful and expertly done. We enjoyed working with Yaniv and the Creation 7 crew. They were respectful, neat, responsible, and had good suggestions for improvements. Yaniv was here nearly every day and very responsive. He was easy to reach and a clear communicator. Our project was completed within budget and right on time. Working with Creation 7 was a positive experience and we will use them again for future home remodeling projects.

My wife and I had a great experience with Creation 7. I am someone who does very high standards and performs lot of research. We received multiple bids from a variety of contractors for our job and Creation 7 provided a very reasonable bid for a large-scale kitchen remodel. The entire experience was great. Yaniv and his crew were organized, professional and ultimately delivered a high quality product. In addition to delivering a beautiful kitchen, they finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule which is unheard of! It was the little things that made it such a pleasant experience - double-sealing the work space from our house so there was minimal dust in our house while we were living there, cleaning up after themselves each day, communicating progress and timeline etc. My wife was pregnant during the project and they were extra respectful (given the era of covid) and wore masks while they were onsite. Overall, I would highly recommend Creation 7 to anyone looking for a high quality contractor for a kitchen remodel and more.

My husband and I chose Creation 7 to remodel/renovate our kitchen, open up the living area, redo the master bath, and create a brand new basement space with two bedrooms and a new bath. It looks GORGEOUS and we are so happy with our choice. We talked with several contractors/design build firms before finally deciding on Yaniv at Creation 7. As first-time homeowners, we had no idea what the process was like. We had a bit of a frustratingly slow start getting plans from our architect (a different company) but once we finally got the final plans to Yaniv and Creation 7, things moved SO FAST. His team was respectful of our home (we lived elsewhere) and hard-working (some were even there on Christmas Day which was really above and beyond!). When we did have problems or concerns (e.g., bath tile placement, countertop slab measurements) he remedied them until we were satisfied or credited the cost against future work. He is so easy to talk to and made the process (which was full of headaches and surprises that werenâ t their fault) clear and, dare we say, enjoyable? He was clear when change orders were going to be necessary (e.g., when they discovered that the foundation was crumbling) and was very transparent about costs. He was incredibly patient with us when we requested new little projects here and there (e.g., opening up the attic space, refinishing the floors) and was always immediately accessible when we had questions or needed to talk to him. We would absolutely use Creation 7 for any future projects and have already recommended them to friends!

They consistently were able to work with us as the project was in-flight and was able to adapt and pivot regardless of circumstance. Overall, the team was very professional and great to be around and it was a positive experience and we are extremely happy with the result.

I honestly don't know where to start with Creation 7. We are so happy to have gone with them for our Kitchen/Great Room remodel. This also included a laundry room addition, backyard deck and beautiful sliding doors that open up the space for indoor/outdoor entertaining. The wonderfully upbeat energy that our project manager, Cameron, exudes has really been a plus during this extensive project along with his keen eye for detail. Having him on our side while keeping our ideas, expectations and changes organized, along with keeping everyone on track, has been more than I could ever ask for. He always found solutions to things that came up during our remodel and their communication with us has been nothing but flawless. He always kept us in the loop, double checking our needs, and asking our opinions. Not only do they do amazing work but you feel heard throughout the entire project. Eyal, the owner, made sure that we were happy with the end product and checked on quality control regularly. I chose this company because their photos had a lot of modern, contemporary designs, which is what we were looking for. They removed walls, added new beams and framed a new sloped ceiling reaching 12 feet! They covered an old brick fireplace with quartz slabs. They fabricated the marble island in a waterfall design along with a marble backsplash to the ceiling over the cooktop. They really can do it all. As we near the end of our project it appears that we will be done before the completion date we were given! They stand by their word and have wonderful, positive energy from start to finish! I will recommend them to all my friends, family and neighbors. They also have an adorable mascot puppy they may let you borrow for a walk!!

I recently searched for a contractor to remodel various rooms in my home in Lafayette, California. After interviewing several contractors, my cousins in Walnut Creek recommended Avi Matalon, RMO of Creation 7. They had Avi rebuild a guest house on their property which had been demolished by a large fallen Oak Tree. After seeing Aviâ s work and meeting with him, I hired him immediately. Avi and his team worked professionally, were most respectful of my home and did an outstanding job on my project. As construction projects go, we ran in to various issues throughout the job, such as Asbestos, which required professional abatement, an issue on the other side of our home completely unrelated, needing immediate attention due to the rain, and the ability to obtain siding which was no longer made. Avi was able to deal with and take care of all issues that came up during the remodel without incident. Avi always put me first in terms of ensuring I was kept informed and was comfortable with the work being done. He remained proactive throughout the project and visited my home some weeks daily to ensure all was going to perfection. He always remains calm, professional and has the most incredible demeanor of anyone I have ever worked with on a business level. I HIGHLY recommend Avi and his company for your remodel needs. Again, as issues come up, Avi is the man you want for your home remodel project.

We hired Creation 7 to build our home office + gym. They were right on time. The job was done while the environment was always clean and neat. I did not feel anyone even working around the house. The project was completed within the agreed budget and timeline. The place was left clean as no one has even been here. I could not ask for more. Would recommend it to my best friends.
