+ -1 moreShowed up to treat and once guy went into crawl space, he changed price to almost double, alleging rodent treatment needed, due to fallen insulation, etc. Charged $100 for inspection, other companies were free. Guy seemed confused about info and I decided I wasn't comfortable using them for treatment at that point.
Description of Work: Contacted them to treat for termites. The said they were busy and would call me back when they had time. About a wk. passed & hadn't heard back from them. Called them, they said they thought they had called me. Guy came out & figured he didn't need to do full inspection, as another co. had already done so & confirmed termites. Agreed to treat for named price.

Description of Work: I recently moved to Coulsen-Mosley from another pest control company for three properties (2 in Alameda and 1 in Antioch). They have been EXCELLENT. I had pest control service for several years from another company; however had been experiencing poor service quality over the past year or so and all three properties were becoming bug-ridden again. They are providing bi-monthly pest control - which is typical residential service. I am really glad to have switched to Coulsen-Mosley. And I'm saving money too.

+ -1 moreThey are $75 a visit. We have only had ants once in the last five years which I think is a pretty good outcome. When I told them I had ants they came out and sprayed extra in that area and that took care of it quickly. I think they are reasonably priced and responsive. They always call before they come out and they are here when they say they will be. I just had them spray the interior for the first time and they explained the procedure to me so that I didn't have any questions.
Description of Work: Coulson-Moseley Pest Control does a regular monthly service for me. They spray the exterior for ants, spiders, and other insects.

+ -1 moreThey spray the yard up to 30 feet from the house, where most companies only go 12 inches. They give a 30 day guarantee. Today is day 2, and so far, so good! He was very pleasant and informative.
Description of Work: They came to spray and lay bait for ants and any other common household bugs.

+ -1 moreWhile the cost was high, it was worth it to us to be confident that our home is rid of rats, and to know that the company will return if the problem recurs.
Description of Work: We believed we had a rat infestation in our home. They confirmed that is what it was. They set traps, and came back daily to check them for a week, and then every few days after three rats had been caught.

+ -1 moreTHIS PEST CONTROL COMPANY WAS FAST TO RETURN MY CALL. THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND SPRAYED BOTH INSIDE AND OUT. THEY TOOK TIME TO REALLY SPRAY THE ANT AREAS.
Description of Work: COULSON PEST CONTROL CAME OUT TO SPRAY FOR SPIDERS AND ANTS. THEY HAD BECOME A VERY LARGE PROBLEM.
