I live in a prefab house and the kitchnen remodeling issues which seemed insurmountable to me were resolved very effectively by great design and workmanship. The result was excellent and exceeded my expectation.

Cerletti & Kennedy Design-Build was responsive to my needs and committed to the work The garage addition that was built for me is great. They were professional and knowledgeable in all phases of construction, and I highly recommend them.

After garthering several price quotes. I choose Cerletti & Kennedy based on thier competitive price. Works take time but I am pleased with thier quality works. I found Matt is Reliable & Helpful. I did also refer Matt & Robert to my friends.They did a Great jobs as well. Highly Recommending.

Overall I was very pleased with the soup to nuts bedroom remodel and bathroom addition. Working with Robert and Matt and their subcontractors was a joy compared to other small projects I have done. Information, good or bad, was communicated promptly and precisely. I always knew where they stood on the projects progress. Would highly recommend them to anyone undertaking a home addition/remodel. Robert & Matt do it ALL!

Let me first begin by stating that with any construction project, there will be delays, hiccups, and the unexpected. The key to get thru this process is to have experienced and quality workmanship on your project. My wife are very pleased now that we have just completed an entire Kitchen remodeling project and these guys did a GREAT job!

We would and we did recommend them to someone else. We discussed their quality of work again, to some length and there are aspects of their work ethics that need to be critiqued a little closer as the work progresses, by the boss and the engineer person, which is why I couldn't give them a full 5 out of 5 on quality of work.

When we decided to start this project, we had the usual worries with all the horror stories you hear about some contractors. Well our contractor was nothing like that! R.M. remodelers were great. In fact they worked so fast they were ahead of the scedule all the way through. We had to put on our track shoes to keep up with them. Their attention to detail and their subs attention to detail showed in every step in the build. All inspections passed the first time every time, due to quality workmanship and going above the building code requirments. I have allready recomended them to others for their projects. They really listened to our needs. I like that they can put my vision to work and that I don't have to be there to make sure everything is perfect, as they are looking out for me and want to do a good job.

We're so glad we finally found the right contractor who listened to our needs and came up with an awesome design. No fancy gadgets nor blase presentation but yet delivered a result that is beyond our expectations. We love the outddor feel while being indoor rain or shine. Additionally, we now have the needed space to entertain guest since we lost the formal living room to a home theater conversion. Each team in evry phase of the project took owenership and fulfilled their task promptly. Thank you so much for our new space, Highly commendable

Highly satisfied overall - got daily update from Robert/Matt, reply within the day on every comment/request we had; very polite workers. Beautiful kitchen and dining in 6 weeks. Best of all is the post-project visit. Matt followed-up with us a month after the remodel (when things have "settled"/i.e., cabinets, granite, appliances, etc.) and did minor retouch/adjustments as requested.

THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB.

They were great! They showed up when they said they were going to show up, they cleaned up when they were finished for the day and they were also very nice. I've already referred them to a few of my friends and I plan on using C and K again for more work on my condo in the future!

Contractor listened to ideas but added needed information and possibilities. Seemed interested in making the project happen as quickly as I'd hoped. Now we are ready to proceed and I'm hoping to get back to you on a higher rating when project is complete. 3 full months later - I can tell you I have a beautiful Addition and I owe it to CK Design-Build. To tell the truth it is even better than I'd hoped for & didn't take more than four days after the contract stated, because of problems with tree roots in the yard we didn't know was there. They even took that challenge & fixed it.

tough times. But it all worked out in the end, our addition looks great, would not use some of the sub contractors again and would definately hire my own tile person

I would have given them a 5 star rating. However, they did an excellent job. Matt has a great eye and was able to match the remodel to who I am. He is a great artist. The two gentlemen that actually did the job were great. They worked very hard, and got the job done earlier then projected. My only caution is that when doing the contract. Make sure every detail of what,and who is paying for what. Be specific, hood,lights, paint(number of colors), fixtures etc., materials. I am very happy with the finished project. Thanks guy's.
