The cgir I had done did not come as clean as I had hoped and tge price was a little high. The work and customer service were excellent.

Highly recommend. Arrived within our agreed time. Completed the work in a timely manner. The results? EXCELLENT! Outstanding job. At first meeting, it is easy to underestimate Bruce, but set that aside. Quality work. Attention to detail. And his price is more than reasonable.

Barely cleaned. I could of done better doing it myself,

Wasn't quite there on time. Had no business cards. Had one small advertising business on the back of his doors. I never actually saw him vacuum the rugs when starting out with a Catch filter in the middle of the hose. I left him alone but not sure if he pre-treated any area or for that matter scratch scrub the rugs. These are things that I did while working with a carpet cleaner myself before. Over all the rugs came out pretty good.

He gave us helpful ideas re keeping carpets clean in the future and even gave us a bottle of spot cleaner!

He did an okay job. But he was very grumpy. I paid him 50% higher than his original quote. But he was still unpleasant. He s been in the business for a long time. Maybe he s burned out.
