He came when he said he would. Cleaned a very stain carpet. Did a great job!! I will use his services again!!

My carpet was in very bad shape. He was told before he came that it was this way. In addition we request that he move furniture and clean the entire carpet. He complained about the shape of the carpet and only cleaned under furniture that we moved. He worked very hard using his equipment. He would probably do well for someone with a moderately dirty carpet but not tough jobs.

Did a great job on my carpet

He was a nice man. I was working in the same room that he had to clean my sofa and he never complained. He did a good job.

Bruce Smelled like Alcohol and was very rude to my family. He also kicked my dog and would not leave my home when asked to. I had to threaten to call the police.

Bruce called within a day of my inquiry for a carpet cleaner. He came to do an estimate before doing the job, unfortunately I was out. He explained why steam cleaning was more efficient than dry cleaning since I told him I don't like wet carpets. He said steam cleaning gets deeper dirt out. He advised me about certain spots that could be diminished with a home treatment. He was finished in 1.5 hrs., I was very pleased with the job. I would hire him again and recommend him.

Bruce arrived on time work diligently to complete work on time . Bruce did a good Job on the carpet . finish the Job within 1hrs . I would recommend Bruce. But I really don't like steam cleaner my carpet perfer steam cleaning less messy don't have to work about dry time or water left on the pad.

Bruce communicated clearly on what to expect, was on time, charged a very reasonable price, offered some other cleaning suggestions, and is a nice man. Pleasure doing business with him and would hire him again.

He worked really hard to clean our carpet.It looks great for carpet which is at least 15 years old.I will hire him again in about 6 months.

Bruce called me within 20 minutes with a quote. He was going to be in my area the next day and was willing to work on a Sunday. Bruce was very friendly and shared information about the cleaning process, the condition of the carpet and tips to keep it looking good. The quote was in the range I expected, and Bruce updated the cost at the low end when he had seen the carpeted area in person. I won't hesitate to call Bruce back to have the carpets cleaned in the future.

showed up late and his equipment was not up to standard, I thought i was in a prank video, his van was full of garbage and trash, he seemed drunk and it was just an horrible experience even though the job was completed
