Completely reliable.

Bruce makes promises that he can not keep. He said that he could clean the carpet, only to arrive with excuses. He only take cash or a check. He does not provide a receipt. His truck had all ID information with incomplete info. The only info on Bruce is what was provided by you. Not professional. It took my carpet 5 days to dry. Too much water.

He did the rugs that I hired him to do and then told me he would also clean my stairs. He did a great job on the rugs and the carpet on my stairs pus a couple of stains on living room carpet. Yes I would recommend.
