Brazil Electric

Had an appointment with Mike at 9AM on Sept 29th. He called at 8AM to cancel due to illness. I called him back and left him a message to call me when he was feeling better and we could reschedule our appointment. That was the last I ever heard from him. Too bad. Our home has a lot of roof and we are looking at a $35-40K budget. Their loss. Obviously they are not interested in our business.

If I recall they were called out to provide a separate circuit for the portable air conditioner to work upstairs without knocking out other electric components. As I remember it took a while for the representative to thread his way through the maze of wires in the junction box. Eventually the proper breaker switch was located and the circuit was completed, providing us with a refreshing breezed for nighttime. The work was performed as quickly as they could considering the cloud of wires behind the wall and we are very happy with the result.

Terrible custom service. The owner came out for an estimate on time but then had terrible customer service afterwards. The scope of work was worth tens of thousands I was surprised that they were not more professional. They never called to confirm the appointment and they never showed after reaching out to them a number of times.

Called on a tuesday regarding two outlets that weren't working. Said they would get a person out to check the following afternoon (wednesday) after another project was done. Heard nothing, then received a call on Thursday saying the project was taking longer than expected and he wouldn't be able to make the 2-3pm appointment?! The office never told me about a 2-3pm thursday appointment. He said the office would call the reschedule my appointment. Nothing that day, nothing friday...nothing all weekend. They never mentioned how much it would cost either. I only called Brazil electric despite the 'if they don't come, they don't want your business' review because AllPhase was on vacation. Turns out it didn't matter because come Monday, I called All Phase and he came by that afternoon (the same day!!). He had another job that day as well but kept me up to date about any changes in time and if it was okay.

If they don’t call you it means they do not want your business. I don’t think that is the way to go. They might do good work for all you know, but they have to get in touch with their customers first.

The bid process was efficient and accurate, made very good suggestions on how to execute the work needed and the lighting we should use etc. We needed to have electirical work done while roof was replaced. This required significant coordination on timing of acitvities. Mike was proactive in reaching out to our roofer and coordinating activities. The roofers did some work prior to the agreed upon time frame, Mike handelded getting the fix done we didn't need to coordinate. The electricians were efficient and they cleaned up after themseleves. We have been pleased with the work.

The job was done excellently. They were on time and on budget. They were very professional. If we have any more electrical to do around here we will use them.

The electrician was prompt, neat, and courteous. He gave me a reasonable quote for the job. While doing the work he noticed that one junction box was not up to code and fixed it at no extra charge. He took great care in doing his work and handling the light fixtures.
