Description of Work: They installed a new deadbolt on my outside gate. Also did a modification on the handle lock. I did think the service call charge was excessive ($95)but they were local, showed up on time and cleaned up when finished. Their service was first rate!

Description of Work: They came out first int he spring, and then they came back in the summer to do some more work. They changed all of the locks on our doors, and they installed a lock that can be locked from the outside or inside on our gate.

+ -1 moreHe was so knowledgeable about what was wrong with my lock and he fixed it. I wanted to keep my Baldwin lock and he carries Baldwin parts so he was able to do it. I was impressed that he could see something wrong that I didn't see.
Description of Work: Bomac's repaired a lock for me. He changed the key because the lock was damage and he fixed the handle because it was installed incorrectly.

+ -1 moreHe came on time and not only got me the keys I wanted for my new co-op, he replaced one of the locks at my request and then rekeyed all 3 house and storage room locks to a one-key control. He worked quickly and efficiently and in less than an hour I had my new locks working with one key and had all the duplicates I needed.
Description of Work: Replaced one lock, rekeyed 3 locks to work with one master key and made multiple duplicate keys on a home visit.

+ -1 moreEasy phone appointment. Heavy commute traffic and installer was ONLY 5 minutes late in the early morning. installer made good observations about quality of other jobs in the house (door installation). And, provided good explanations for what he was doing.
Description of Work: two door knobs and dead bolt sets replaced. 3 other locks keyed identically to the replacements, so the entire house can be entered with one key.
