Vista Fence Company

Vista Fence installed an Aluminum fence with two gates on the back of my property. The whole experience was great from start to finish. They quoted a competitive price, advised a delivery date for the material and arrived right on time for installation. The installers were professional and obviously meticulous about the quality of their work. End result - the fence far exceeds my expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend Vista Fence!

Measurements were taken on Sep 2, I have not received an estimate yet.

They didn't have the right fencing pieces with them when I had called to make sure they did have the right ones. They finished the portion they had materials for in one day, and then three weeks later they finished.

They did a great job

Did a written estimate and never came back. I called 2 times and they said they would return call...never did. This is week 3 and still no courtesy response. Foolish company, they had me as a customer for a lot of money.

The work was done on time and per contract. The fence looks great. The people were very nice to work with.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, however material arrived 4 days late.

Great experience working with Vista Fence Company. Contract proposed a 3-day project. They were punctual, professional and work area was organized and clean. Finished product met all of our expectations.

They declined to do the work.

Jaime responded to my RFP the same day and was on time for the appointment. His prices for a vinyl fence were the same as other bids for wood. Life time guarantee was a no brainer. Job went better than I could have ever imagined. Dropped off deposit with Jaime at the Vista Fence office and the work started a week and a half later. Jaime said it would take a week so they wanted to start on a Monday. Today is Friday and they just left. Very conscientious workers, took pride in their precision and they cleaned up and hauled away all the waste. They broke a couple of sprinkler risers and replaced them before the final walk through. Fence will be the star of our neighborhood. If anyone needs a new fence I highly recommend Vista Fence.

I have an uneven sloping back yard that covers about a 1/5 of an acre with a lot of ups and downs. I was concerned about how well it could be done, but was Greatly impressed by Vista Fence. The job was done far beyond my expectations.

I hope this review is not edited by Angieslist because the Stock Market doesn't have too much respect for them and at this point neither do I because they require TMI - so here goes with too much info because this company thinks they are all that-small town mantality: Thanks Vista Fence, for your companies estimate inconvenience taken by Tina and Norma several times...I have never seen a contractor turn down work...that's really great if you don't need customers. I will make sure to notate that you no longer need customers on Yelp and AngiesList per Norma!!! Why don't you support other contractors that may need the work???...GIVE BACK!!! In addition, I have been doing my home remodel for over 2 years now and understand how contractors work...your company reflects a Mom & Pop business and really disappoints me and will be documented with my experience in social media. For the record, I lost my mom in 2011 and dad in 2013!!! As you probably are listening to a voice recording of my conversation per Norma, I am sickened by the arrogance of your company to turn down a bid. I guess you must pad your prices a great amount!!! Your company has also put down the competitors like Everguard, Kroy (Ply-Gem), and Buff-tech...I'm totally confused on which vinyl will withstand the elements and Vista Fence has confused me even more regarding which vinyl fence has sustainability over time. Your employee Norma was rude to me and did not help with me with my confusion! This is the exact situation on why I am so annoyed with San Diego contractors compared to Los Angeles profession contractors...competition dude!!! I think these vendors that you previously promoted should be aware of how you are not promoting them for their services.

They removed the old fence, installed the new one. They stayed true to the line, the fence is straight.

The price was right on and they were able to get the work completed when promised. The service was cost effective and they were efficient. Communication was really good with the team.

From the initial free estimate through the completion of the job they were professional, friendly,and hard working. Jamie, Roberto and Edgar were great to work with and I am very happy with the new fence.

They were very easy to work with. It was 2 weeks before they could schedule an estimate, but in the end they were fairly priced and did the work as soon as the material was delivered. They worked for 2 days, removing the old fence and hauling it away and installing the new fence. It looks great and I would use them again!

Owner was prompt with estimates and time of installation. He gave us good suggestions. Product is attractive and sturdy. Workers cleaned up nicely.

Last summer I reached out to VISTA FENCE CO to install a fence for me. The team ended up installing about 50 feet of fence for me. The team at VISTA FENCE CO did nice work and I would use them again in the future. The team at VISTA FENCE CO was very professional and persistent and I really liked the price.

I've used Vista Fence several times over the years and have always been impress w/ their service. Their prices are fair and their work is top quality. My last project w/ Vista involved replacing approxiamtely 50' of vinyl fence which had faded badly over about 10 months. David, the owner, came out looked at the fence and contacte his supplier. He learned that the supplier had switched from an American to a Chinese vinyl fence manufacturer and had received inferior products (they subsequently went back to a US manufacturer). Once his suplier had the new fencing materials, Vista stood by their warranty and replace all 50' at no cost. David is very eithical and knowledgeable. I'm sure he lost money on this project, but David never waivered; never hesitated to do the right thing. I really can't say enough good about David and Vista Fence - you really find out about a company when there's a problem and Vista couldn't have been better. I am happy to recommend Vista w/o hesitation and plan to use them on all future projects.

They did a good job overall. We had to point out a few flaws, including nails not driven in all the way and a gate hinge that was crooked. We were disappointed to have to point that out, but they fixed these before leaving the job site. Bottom line is that we now have a good looking new fence at a price that I'm happy with.

This time around, I got a bid. The bid process went great. Then, they booked a day to start that I was not aware of. I tried to hold them off for a little bit because they didn't let me know. They started talking about legal things and threatening me, at which point I decided to stop using them.

I called Vista Fencing to get directions. I was given directions but I was told not to come at lunch from 12-1pm. This was inconvenient for me but I waited until after lunch and found that even though they had an "open" sign, their office door was locked. I went around to the side gate and it was opened. I walked in. I saw a women who started talking to me from far away. I thought this was strange. As I told her what I wanted I asked her her name and she did not give it to me. She referred me to a man who I chatted with about my fence needs. the job was not for my home but for a park that needed fencing. When I mentioned a special color fence I wanted, the man went to get another brochure. I wanted to get to my car to retrieve a brochure I had gotten from another company to show the man. The woman said I could not walk through the office that I had to go around to the side gate. I thought this was strange and she had a really odd look on her face. She said You can call back but I won't be giving you a quote. I asked what was the difference in giving me a quote now or calling back. She said she doubted that I would call back. I said I would really like a quote and she said no. I asked if she was the owner and she said she was. Angies list gives a mans name as the owner. I was really shocked. I said to her "you are really acting strange", as I looked around for the man to speak with instead of her. She asked me to leave. I said "I can see why no one else is here". As I left she took down my license number. I don't know how people can be in business like this! I really wanted to deal with them because of their location to me and I thought I was going to get a good price. I will be looking elsewhere.

They did such a good job that they are calling them for other projects in my neighborhood already. They do premium work, with quality merchandise, they are responsive, know their business, and their prices are moderate. They charged $675.00 for the one around the pool equipment and $2600.00 for the larger one.

THEY WERE THE MOST REASONABLE IN PRICE WHEN WE DID A COMPARISON SHOP, RELIABLE AND DID EXCELLENT WORK.
