I found Tierra Bella company on Angie's list. Called and spoke with Alberto Beltran. Explained to him what project I have. Made an appointment. So, this guy shows up 40 minutes later than appointment time. No apologies from him at all. He promised to me a quote on the spot but during appointment told me that he would email it to me next day. I waited 6 days, left 2 messages, texted once but there was no quote or response from him. When I called from my cell phone he would not answer, but when I called from a different number he would answer right away. That is how I got hold of him and asked regarding the quote. He replied that he was very busy and he stated that quote would be emailed to me today. So, I got a quote and texted to him that I agree with price and would like to proceed. He called me back on Friday, 04/23/2014, and told me that we can start following Monday or Tuesday. He told me that he would call me back. But there were no calls of course from him at all. I texted him multiple times, emailed him, called him. But Mr. Alberto Beltran disappeared. I waisted so much time of mine dealing with this character. I strongly suggest not to hire or have any business with Alberto Beltran. You will waist your time too.
