Solo Roofing

He was on time and started work. Overall I thought the work was okay but we would not know until the first rain; especially with the roof. There were specific areas where we told him there were leaks. We have had a couple of rains this year since the repair and it appears to have been taken care of; I have not seen any water damage. However, there was a new area that we noticed there may be a leak. We did not speak specifically about it but he rechecked the entire roof for any potential leaks so I will be contacting him but do not know what his response would be yet on how he would address it. In the process he also replaced any cracked tiles on the roof. It looks like the tiles he used matched color and design. The mortar that he used on the roof and some of the joints or locations did not match as well with the other mortar and tile. He offered for another $150 to clean out our gutters; he said they were coated and caked but it looks like that he may not have done a very good job with that. He said he replaced about 20 to 30 cracked tiles.

They were very professional. The estimate was reasonable. They got the job completed on time, the quality was good, and they cleaned up well after the job was completed.
