We did a lot of research and once we found Eric we decided it would be worth the 2-3 month wait to get on his schedule to make sure the biggest project we had on our house remodel was done correctly. He is simply the best and we are very pleased with the end result. Our house looks drastically different and has way more curb appeal. It has been two years since the work was done and we have no complaints.

This was a complex job, as the house is three stories, with several decks, and built on a steeply sloped lot. Due to the presence of hidden damage, the scope of the work needed was difficult to determine. So we contracted the job on a time and materials basis. Eric was completely transparent regarding the hourly rate for each worker, including his margin, and his hourly rate. He worked hard to get us the best pricing on materials. He also arranged for us to contract directly with various sub-contractors (scaffolding, painting, doors, etc.), but made sure the their work was to the same high standard as his, and he co-ordinated with them to keep the job moving efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and was done in the promised time-frame. The crew was careful to protect any existing element against damage, and cleaned up and organized the site at the end of every work day. They were also careful to minimize, as much as possible, the impact of the activities on the neighbors, Eric was a pleasure to work with. He obviously takes great pride in his work and, most important of all, has the highest standard of integrity. I recommend Siding Solutions without reservation.

Best case for going through major construction. Eric the owner was very knowledgable, honest, and was competitively priced. Eric and his crew made my major renovation less stressful AND their work is top notch. We had our attic inspected and were told with the new roof there wasn't adequate venting because with the new roof having the continuous ridge vent it needed additional venting in the soffits. Eugene said he'd not done this before but thought he could make it work. He did an excellent job of making it look as though they had always been there and tied them into the existing vents. He is meticulous and very dependable.
