Description of Work: They were great from start to finish! They did a great job in evaluating what I needed and worked with me in deciding what we could and could not live with to get the price in my range. They got the job done on time and in budget. Also they did a great job in explaining everything before they left. Would definitely call them again if needed.

Description of Work: I actually purchased a voucher for a tune-up but turned out that I needed a new furnace AND new ducts so the tune up was not performed. I worked with Matt on a quote for the big job although I ultimately went with another company with a slightly lower bid. However, during the entire process Matt was very professional, friendly and dependable so I think I would recommend this company to others...and myself in the future :)

Description of Work: A/C was not putting out much airflow. The technician determined that the system was low on Freon. The technician took a lot of time to explain to me what was wrong and showed me the readings from his test instruments that verified the problem. He also installed a new thermostat for me at my request because the old one required too much effort to program. All in all, a very professional job! I don't know if the price was fair or not because I didn't get any other bids or estimates.

Horrible.
Description of Work: I turned in the initial report on this company and gave them all A's. I will not call them again. My A/C went out almost 24 hours ago. It was Friday afternoon starting Labor Day weekend. I have left two messages with no response. This is not the type of HVAC company I want. They should at least have someone on call to return calls, regardless of when they can provide service. I called another company that's highly rated on Angie's, and they are on the way.

Wow, I hadn't heard about this review until now (4/11/09). One of my clients brought this to my attention just today. I clearly remember the situation, we had phone trouble this particular weekend and did not get the message that our highly valued customer was having trouble with his air conditioning system. As soon as I received the message, I personally called this client and tried to explain the situation and let him know that we were very sorry and that we would have a technician out immediately. There was no turning back at that point, he was very hot, upset, and the other company was already en route. I completely understand the frustration and disappointment, I am truly sorry that this happened to one of our customers, this is not a true picture of our company. We receive nothing but rave reviews from our clients. This has only happened once that we are aware of. I am extremely sorry for any inconvenience that this unfortunate situation may have caused you and I would like to try, one more time, to make this right by you.
