+ -1 moreOverall experience was great. Jerry was recommended by the folks installing our counter top. When I first called, he spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me discussing the job, what sorts of things I needed to provide (e.g., basket strainer, etc.), provided a quote, and agreed to come out quickly after the counter was installed. Once we had a time line for the counter top install, we called Jerry and he agreed to come out the next morning. He was prompt in arriving, and professional while in our house. I had purchased one part that didn't fit (air gap), but he was able to provide one on-the-spot from his supply. He left our kitchen neat and clean after the job. We did have one slight leak, which Jerry came out and fixed within a couple of days. All in all a very good experience. I would definitely call Jerry for my next plumbing job.
Description of Work: As part of a granite counter top remodel, Jerry installed a new faucet, air gap for dishwasher, water filter system, and disposal. He also upgraded our "builder quality" shutoff valves with higher quality valves.
