 + -1 moreWhile the effort to install the door sweep on the front door looked very easy, it was a little taller than the old door requiring substantially more time to replace the door sweep but he did not charge me anything extra for doing the work. He was neat and left the premises neat and clean. Very satisfied with the entire project and recommend him with only one caveat - if you have pavers, make him put a drop cloth down if sanding needs to be done.
Description of Work: Replace door and frame on a garage entrance including a new threshold and door locks, replaced the door sweep on my front door, and installed a threshold in an exterior utility closet. Saved me approximately $400 over another contractor and double that amount on Home Depot quote. He charged me only the cost of the parts with no markup.
