Description of Work: Bi-weekly water softener exchange. Always on schedule. Customer service is exemplary and very responsive. On very rare occasions when I needed an out of normal cycle exchange, they did it right away.

+ -1 moreI made attempts to get them out to do do work. They were so rude and it was painful trying to get them to come out for the work. The woman in the office is Martha, she was very rude. This was a direct referral from GE. This was a emergency type situation and when I called Rayne, the woman could not have cared less basically telling me it wouldn't happen. When GE gave me the purchase order number, they told me they would call Rayne or send a fax for them to get hold of me. I waited several hours with no contact and so that is when I called Rayne and that's when they said it would not happen. They were technically scheduled through GE to come out and they basically said no. I would never use them or recommend them again. I told GE about the problem and they were shocked and told me to contact an independent company and they would pay for it. They made this exception because of the horrible treatment I got from Rayne.
