I received four bids from painters and Reliable Painting's bid was very competitive. Chin, owner of the company, is very direct and no nonsense. He was very responsive and punctual. The whole project went well. He matched paint, matched drywall texture with a knockdown finish and even faux-finished a laminated beam. Chin assigned Marco to the job and he is excellent. Marco listens to what you want and gives it to you. I have now used Reliable three times and have been impressed every time. If you are looking for someone who stands by his work, gives you an honest bid and shows up when he says he will, call Chin.

I had to arrange for this long distance. Chin (who owns Reliable Painting) was prompt in returning an estimate. I had another estimate for approximately the same amount; however, Chin came highly recommended by my realtor and a home inspector. It took approximately 3 days for the work to be completed and I had arranged for a key to be left so he could enter and exit on his own. I did not see his work until I was able to return to the San Diego area. My first impression was amazement. I'm pretty detailed oriented and was impressed with the level of detail he and his crew performed. Because I was replacing the carpet, he cut back all the old carpeting from the baseboards so he could get an even and complete finish. All electrical plates were remounted as well as light fixtures. It looked like no one had been there except I had a beautiful, newly painted condo.

THE OWNER CHIN IS VERY GOOD, HARD TO UNDERSTAND AT TIMES ENGLISH IS A SECOND LANGUAGE. HIS WORK IS EXCELLENT AND PRICES WERE EXTREMELY REASONABLE.
