I telephoned QualCut at (760) 497-4929 on 30 August in the evening and I thought I was going to reach voicemail and was prepared to leave a message however the phone answered and I spoke with a represntative, told him I wanted to do some coring of the concrete curb for a drain pipe from the gutters. Keeping in Mind this is the labor day weekend and a holiday was on Monday...they said they could make some time for me on Tuesday and would let me know. Martin called me on Tuesday morning, we coordinated a time for later that same day. I was not expecting to be fit in but martin said no problem. We arranged for a time between 3:30pm and 4:00pm, whcih worked perfect for me and right on time at 3:45pm, he arrived. Thus far, the experience to initially speak witha dn arrange a time was all very positive and they were punctual. I met Martin of QualCut, he was very friendly, personable and we discussed what I wanted to do, he described what he was going to do and how he was going to do it and was self sufficient, no electricty, water, a shovel, nothing adn he went to work. I thought it was going to be dusty and loud however it was not dusty nor was it very loud..surprisingly. He got tough the curb, pulled the core in several minutes, no mess, no dust all over no waste water all over. Again surprised, i was expecting somethign the complete opposite and again, pleasantly surprised. After teh coring of the curb Martin was ready to drill the hols for teh drain pipe through the sand/gravel and in the process the machine spring broke. He explained what happened adn said he would try adn come back as it was evening and I assumed it was going to take too much time and he would be out the following day or some time after. I assumed when he left, the job was going to be completed teh following day at the earliest however...again...to my surprsie he returned about an hour later and pulled up and simply started to drill the hole again. He again finished again in several minutes, I had some pipe and he had the tools and he tapped the pipe in through the hole, under the sidewalk and sraight in the trench that had the drain pipe prepared. Quality job, perfectly straight and very happy. Martin was awesome and his customer service was above and beyond. Everyone does well when things go right and top shelf quality companies recover when things do not. They exceeded all of my expectations several times during this single experience, Martin who worked with me was beyond great and he went above and beyond, and he did a great, high quality job. I never worked with QualCut in the past, I didn't know anyone there or never heard of their company however after finding them and the service they provided, when I need coring, cutting, grading, demolition or removal of concrete...I will call them. Done deal! I am very happy with their service, their quality of work, their customer service and will reccommend their service if I come across needing their type of services. They did an awesomer job!!!!
