lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreDo yourself a favor, try some where else. Not reliable. Took my 2 year old craftsman in back in January because it was not starting and self drive was not working. They replaced the carburetor, belt, and they took it upon themselves to also replace the blade (this point I feel like they were just tying to get the most out of me as I could have done this myself and don't think blade needed replacing)....Whatever...got the mower back. It worked three times afterwards. Come May, my mower doesn't start again. Took it back and don't hear from them for over a month until I called. They say it's the carburetor and charge me another $70. They say if mower sits for a long time, this is normal. My mower was not sitting long enough and it was empty of gas while it was sitting, so something isn't right with this. Either these guys are liars and not replacing with new parts, or they just aren't competent. Could have just gotten a new lawn mower by the time these guys were done with me.
Description of Work: New Carburetor, rebuild the new carburetor they said they replaced, new blade that I didn't need or ask for and was not told about until after the fact, repair drive belt

Description of Work: The lawn mower was leaking gas.We purchased items for the repair of the lawn mower. They had a good supply and customer service was good. I especially liked that they were local and would take the mower into them if there were repairs or service I could not complete.

Description of Work: I took in my Toro string trimmer, and they not only repaired it, but did a tune-up. The reps at the counter were very nice, and very professional. The trimmer was ready when promised, and the price was very fair.
