very quick to call and handle the problem

Bottom line: They got rid of the mice in the walls and have the gophers under control that have been digging up the backyard for years. I paid another company a full year in advance; they did a good job, but when it got tough with the mice...they couldn't handle it. Pestgon came in after them and dealt with it.

RATS. Not only would I highly recommend Pestgon, I would ONLY recommend Pestgon. No other exterminator ( we've hired a few) has ever put in a fraction of the dedication and hard work that Pestgon cheerfully performed at our place. Dave performed a meticulous inspection of the house, garage and every inch of the crawlspace underneath the house (ew, I know). He brought his years of experience as a contractor to our job. He was relentless. When he left, our place was rat-proof, cleaner and smelled a lot better. You will not find a better company. They are reasonable, skilled & all the people are a pleasure to know.

Caught first an opossum but the next day caught the raccoon. Now we are calling him to catch another raccoon. Jesse was very professional, pleasant, and helpful, and I would rate him with five stars. Pestgon, Inc. was all right but gave us conflicting information as to price and method of pricing.

I was impressed that the owner called me on a Sunday about an hour after looking for help on line. I did get a call from the other company but not til the next day

They were very prompt and provided advise on issues at no cost. I ended up hiring them for monthl service.

They came out quickly to inspect our house and were able to do treatment right away. It was a good experience.

Pestgon is awesome!!! I placed a request for service on ServiceMagic.com at around 1pm on Friday afternoon and Pestgon contacted me and told me they could handle my dead rodent removal problem (yikes!). Their guy, Jason, called me from Valencia and let me know that he was on his way. He stayed in touch with me the whole way even though L.A. traffic was horrible. He showed up, tore into some walls and removed our friendly dead rat! Jason was awesome and we can, once again, enjoy our home without a horrific stench!!! Thanks, Pestgon!

They were on time, courteous, thorough, and very helpful. Answered all of my questions, very patient. From the person who called to the person who set the appt to the young man that came out to my home, everyone was really great. We did sign a one year contract with them, so yes we will be using them again.

They responded quickly. The supervisor is very knowledgeable and put me at ease. The following day him and two techs came out and set the traps. I feel confident that my problem will be rectified. Thank-You
