The toilet had already been removed when I called Pacific Drain. They quoted me $165 to snake out the drain and reseat the toilet. They showed up within 2 hours of my phone call and performed the work quickly. I would use them again.

Sewer drain stopped up. Called Pacific Drain at about midnight. Answering service responded and the technician on call called me back within about 10 minutes. He had me describe the situation - he suggested several responses that might be required and the costs of each, but, obviously, he couldn't tell without a first hand inspection. He arrived at our house within one hour (most of that was travel time). He quickly did a preliminary diagnosis and had the main sewer line unstopped within minutes - and it turned it to be the least costly option mentioned. The tech was courteous and friendly, and good natured, despite it being 1 AM. Pacific Drain is definitely our go to provider for this service.

We called Pacific drain service in an emergency situation after another company failed to show up. They answered their phone after hours and we spoke to the on call plumber, Storm. He came out to our house in a very timely manner on a Saturday night after dark. He did a great job. The price seemed very high, but was fairly comparable to other companies off hours price. We were pleased with the dependability and great customer service.

First of all,l I want to give Jerald, my main contact on the project, a huge "shout out." In a field where it is difficult to find someone you feel confident dealing with he certainly exceeded my expectations. The job was done promptly considering the complexity, and Jerald did a very good job of communicating with me as we went along. This was not the least expensive bid I got but, considering how difficult the job was, it was very fair. I definitely would say I got what I paid for. What I learned from this project/experience was not to start out with a "drain cleaner " for re-piping. It requires a whole different set of expertise and equipment. It is important to get the proverbial "three bids" and watch out for open-ended bids where the cost can go out-of-control. I would highly recommend you look at this company if you have a big job on your hands.

Devin found what I suspected and gave probable solutions to the problem. Even went so far as two-root the line a second time to see if he could clear the clog. Was slightly disappointed when I notified the dispatcher of a toilet removal requirement yet the estimate was $75 additional to remove the toilet in addition to the original estimate

They came out the same day and cleared the shower and separate tub drain in about one hour. They had the tools to do it right the 1st time. A regular plumber had tried a couple of months before, but didn't completely clear the drains.

Nick came very swiftly, was extremely courteous, and had us fixed up in record time. Nick is very kind, professional and swift.

Pacific Drain is awesome! They responded immediately by sending Randy, who was in the area and able to come to our house within 15 minutes. He determined the cause of the problem and tried to fix the disposal, but it needed to be replaced. He didn't have a disposal with him, so the office sent out Jerold who arrived within the hour. Right before Randy had arrived, we discovered a leak under a different sink? what a day! While it was frustrating to have two things fail at once, the good news is that Jerold was able to fix both of them. Jerold was professional, communicative and quickly had everything back in working (or better!) order. I would not hesitate to call them back and will use them from now on, for my go-to plumber!! PS, at first I was looking at different plumbers because I thought they specialized in drain service and wanted a full service plumber, but after I read their reviews and looked at their site I realize they do it all.

Work was done as asked. I had to ask for a copy of the video. Thought the charge was high considering the work done. There are roots in the drain line and they didn't remove or offer to remove any of them. Have used other plumbers in the past that I would use again, but they didn't have a video camera.

The service tech arrived on time and completed work in a timely fashion. He cleared out the area under the sink, worked cleanly and efficiently. He cleaned up after himself and resolved our problem. Highly recommend this company.

Had problems with slow drain, Storm came on a Saturday and roto cleaned the shower drain we have been having problems with. It was quite a challenge, but he got it right, as well as the sink drain line. He explained the weekend prices are higher, which we expected and were fine with.

Excellent! They were very prompt to come out, for what would have been a very simple repair, however the age and conditions of the existing toilets (1960's) really called for replacement. Dan was very knowledgeable, and not at all pushy about suggesting the replacement. He did an exceptional job with the replacements, and cleaned all around, even the walls. The replacement toilets were reasonably priced and have good reviews on the Google. We are VERY pleased and would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. GREAT job and a good value for the money we spent!!

I have a 2nd house that have tenants living there. They told me there's backflow in the lower floor shower and I figured the main sewage lines would need snaking. Had a bad experience with another plumber now showing up (All About Plumbing) and decided to call back the plumber that called me the night before for the quote. His name is Storm and was very courteous in the phone call, I called him back and he told me he could be there the next morning (unless I wanted to do the overtime charges which my tenants said wasn't necessary). He was there early in the morning 5 minutes before the appointed time (8:30) and took care of the issue in 10-15 minutes. My only gripes with them was Storm quoted me $105 for a drain cleaning job where they would snake the main sewage lines. That wasn't actually the issue @ the house since it was a backflow valve that was accidentally switched down instead of in the up position. All he did was get this switch up according to my tenants and removed a piece of plastic that I didn't need anymore. This seems far less than the drainage cleaning quoted but he still billed me for $105. I paid since the problem was taken cared of and he was professional in the work.

Nick arrived earlier than I thought. He promptly cleared out the drains causing problems, and cleaned up after himself. I am delighted with his service.

Just needed my outside drains cleared to get ready for the rainy season. I wasn't in a big rush but they were quick anyway. I sent them an email around 11am, they called back around noon, and the guy was here working by 1pm. There were a lot of tree roots in my drains but the guy was very persistent and got them out. I think he took longer than an hour but only charged for an hour, so I'll definitely call these guys again.

OK, I tried to do this myself, after having spent $7000.00 a couple months ago with Hannah Plumbing, having my pipes re-routed after a slab leak. The shower cartridge in my master shower was old and stuck, making that shower unusable. I was able to get the inner cartridge out, and went to Ferguson Plumbing in Carlsbad to get the tool I needed to pull the outer cartridge out. While we were there, we ran into Nick from Pacific Drain, and he was nice enough to give us a couple of tips, and his business card. Got back home, and realized that there was no way we could do this ourselves. So I called Nick. He sent a young man named Storm right out (within 30 minutes.) Storm also tried to get the cartridge out, and it appeared to be frozen. He called Nick, and then left to go and get the correct cartridge. (The one we had purchased was not the right one.) He came back, and about that time Nick showed up - they worked on this thing for a good 15-20 minutes, and finally got it out, saving us another $325! (He had told us earlier that in order to get the frozen cartridge out, it could go as high as $525.) After just a few more minutes, the new cartridge was in, water was back on, and these guys were on their way. They were both so pleasant and so professional, that I will not be using anyone else for any kind of plumbing! HIGHLY recommend these guys for anything they cover! They get an A++ from us!

A polite, professional woman answered our phone call to Pacific Drain late Saturday night; no recording! A helpful fellow arrived at our home after only 20 minutes! He suggested to use our roof cleanout and quickly cleared the blockage. He used his own ladder and gave us helpful advice. There was no mess and no problems afterwards. This was such a positive experience so unlike other drain cleaning companies that we used in the past who insisted on removing our toilets to clean out blocked drains, then left us with crooked, rocking, leaking toilets! Pacific Drain avoided all that, we will definitely use their service again on a regular, preventative basis, and we highly recommend them!

I called in the morning and was concerned that my situation wouldn't get resolved quickly since it wasn't an emergency. Ed gave me a window when I could expect Eric to arrive that morning -- I was thrilled! Eric called to let me know that he was available to come earlier if that was convenient for me, which worked perfectly. Eric confirmed the problem, looked at the work area, got his tools and went to work. Everything about this transaction was professional -- from initial phone call through resolution.

They were awesome! I called ~1:00 PM. The service man came out by 2:00 PM. The problem was fixed by 2:30 PM. The phone estimate was $85; the final cost was $85. The service from phone to actual work was great --professional, clean, faster than I expected, and problem solved.

Called Monday morning and were fixed by 11:00 am. On time, did what was needed with no up-sell, Tech had 25 years experience and prices were quoted over the phone and adhered to. Will use them again, definitely.

Job took 3 days and involved over 90 feet of sewer line. The top 80 feet (give or take a few) was replaced with a seamless pipe, but because of the run of the pipe under the street and the limitations with the City, the last dozen feet or so had to be done as a liner. Everything was explained and discussed in detail, and they discussed both the "best case" and "worst case" scenarios when the line was originally camera'd, explaining that they wouldn't know how bad the City end of the line would be until they got the line open for further investigation. The price was within the estimate provided to me (given that I ended up on the "worst case" end of the spectrum as I expected). The crew was friendly, professional, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Everything went smoothly, and they did a great job of keeping me informed as to the progress. While I hope I never have to go through that process again, I have no reservations about recommending them for this type of work.

On 6/25/2013 all of my toilets, sinks, and showers would not drain. I knew that I had a clog in the main portion of my drain line. On 6/26/13 I contacted the plumber that I have used for years. He came out and snaked the main drain. He was unable to resolve the issue and recommended that I get someone out to do a camera inspection. On 6/27/2013 I contacted Arrow Pipeline (which is also doing business as Pacific Drain Service). They were able to come out the same day. They arrived at the time that they promised. They completed that camera inspection through both my clean outs. They spotted the obstruction and removed it by snaking the drain. They then completed another camera inspection to make certain that the drain was completely cleared. They were very professional. The price they charged for the service provided was very reasonable. I could not have been happier with the service. I will be using Pacific Drain Services for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Our shower drains were stopped up. Pacific Drain had been recommended by our regular plumber for clearing drains, and all the Angie's List reports were glowing. We called at 8:30 AM on a Tuesday, told Pacific Drain it was not an emergency since our toilets were still working, and they said someone would be there by noon. Willy arrived about 10:30 AM (called in advance as requested). Checked things out, used a small maneuverable snake to clean out the drain. Pulled out a long time in the making clump of hair. Even through the drain seemed fine, he did it a second time just to be sure, and the snake end came up empty. He cleaned up everything in both affected showers, and also provided some tips on keeping the drains flowing. Very professional and courteous. We were very pleased with the service, and thought the cost was very reasonable.
